Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived & were served a beautiful glass of English apple juice whilst we listened to the singer to the point we departed after a wonderful day.
I cannot praise the booking service, food, drinks, ambiance, steward service & whole experience highly enough.
I would rate our day 11/10 & cannot thank you enough.

It was a birthday present never to forget. Our stewards Patrick and Rocco were very attentive and made the day.

From the start, Sergio at Luxury Train Tickets was great. Very helpful advice and the booking itself was very easy. Great communication throughout and would highly recommend. (Note: This is a review of the LTT company, and not the train we went on, which we have done separately :-) )

Our parents had the greatest of days aboard the Pullman and visit to Blenheim Palace. All the staff from booking, to on the day were very helpful and attentive. The food was amazing on board and the wine constantly refilled! A very special trip.

Best day ever, the staff were amazing, very attentive, from the minute we arrived at the reception area everything was amazing. The spitfire sisters were fantastic entertainment. The carriage we were in got called the party carriage. Everyone had a great day with all the other guests in Audrey carriage. If you read this, you know who you all are.

We had a fabulous day out. Right from the start we were greeted by some great 40’s style singers.
The train was sumptuous and comfortable and the food delicious and drink flowing.
The 5 hours on board seemed to pass too quickly as we enjoyed the food and tried to work out who the murderer was with the help of some really proficient actors who were all dressed in beautiful colourful costumes that reflected the style of the period in which the murder had taken place.
A special, memorable day. Perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my son and his wife. They were both blown away by this experience. The customer service from start to finish exceeded their expectations. I was impressed at the ease of booking, and the ability to navigate around the website. I booked the journey from London to Bath, and they thoroughly enjoyed their time in Bath, visiting the historic landmarks, and had time for some retail therapy as well. The food is exceptional, white glove service, with unlimited wine. The food was cooked to perfection with generous portions and the staff are beyond professional, and courteous. I would give more than 5* if I could. I would definitely recommend it.

Luxury at its best. Impeccable service nothing was too much trouble. Great entertainment with the singers. Really great day!

Booked this for my mother and father in law it's was there 64 wedding Anniversary and they really enjoyed their day from start to finish was look after all the way could not have wish for anymore great service

We travelled on the northern bell at the end of November last year and it was the perfect day from beginning to end. We were treated like royalty and although there was no more private tables available, we still had a wonderful time and sat with some lovely people who were very friendly. The food was amazing, as were the staff. Want to do it again!

Highly enjoyable and unique journey to Salisbury and its beautiful Cathedral. Hospitality onboard the Pullman is second to none. Food, drink and service was all excellent. Lucy at Luxury Train Tickets was extremely helpful and attentive, making the whole experience very smooth. Would gladly recommend and use again.

Had a lovely day celebrating my mom's 70th Birthday. The service was excellent and the food fabulous. My only suggestion is to have a little more guidance at the station as to what platform we are returning to. My husband came to collect us and no information was available. The station was completely unaware. Perhaps being a little picky!

Fabulous day out on British Pullman. From the reception at Victoria station to the trip on the train everything was first class. Greeted in the lounge at Victoria with mulled wine, mince pies and local school choir singing carols. On board the train the service was excellent and was matched by the quality of the food and wine. The carol service in Salisbury Cathedral was a beautiful experience, and, to my surprise was a private affair for the train passengers only. Will certainly consider repeating this experience.

The whole experience was fantastic. Meeting and greeting 1st class. Carol singing by school children lovely, really set the Christmas mood. Attendants and service 1st class. Food 1st class, Angie is gluten free and she was so well catered for.
We will certainly consider looking at future trips.
