Easy and pleasant
Our driver was prompt, courteous and professional.i arrived with a friend, 2 dogs and 6 suitcases (moving) and he took it all in stride, smiling.

Reliable, professional, easy to use
I needed a car service at 6am to get to an airport 2 hours out of a town in tbe middle of rural PA. My driver came 15 minutes early ( good thing), and got me to the airport with time to spare. I would use LUXY again for sure. They are reliable and professional.

Great Service
My flight arrived a little earlier than scheduled, and the driver was aware of it. He was already there when my plane landed. He also made sure my host was home before driving away. Thank you!

Early and Easy!
We had a very early pick up scheduled and the driver was great. He arrived early, the car was nice and warm, and we got to the airport with ease.

The trip TO jfk ...
The trip TO jfk .... our driver drove like a bat outta hell. 3 different times he either swerved or slammed on the brakes so hard he scared to hell out of us.
The trip home from JFK was a different driver and a pleasure all around

Extremely high priced....
Extremely high priced....and no web access to book rides! Seriously!?!
I absolutely loved OWL (One Way Limo), especially because overall the rides to the airport were in line with Uber and Lyft fees and because they gave 5% or more special code opportunities for each of my rides...that was awesome...
My last ride with LUXY to and from the airport was 25% more expensive that OWL and the company I work for will NOT approve a ride of that expense.
Considering I was one of OWL's top 5 users, its a pity that now I cant use LUXY at all
Poor business move LUXY...not prudent

Everything was great!
Everything was great! This was my first time using Luxy and I booked two trips in one day for an executive. Everything went very smoothly. I will definitely continue to use Luxy. I highly recommend downloading the app. I was notified every step of the way from when the driver got to the pick up location to when the driver had dropped off the passenger.

LUXY provided text confirmations before the trip
LUXY provided professional service that included a day-ahead call and confirmation, an hour ahead text to tell me the driver was on his way and an "I have arrived" text. I greatly appreciated the confirmations that my month ahead appointment had not been forgotten!
The car was spacious, clean and comfortable and the driver was very friendly and talked to my wife most of the trip (anyone keeping my wife amused gets an extra tip).
