I use Prestige for flights into and out of Newark. The drivers are always on time. I receive updates throughout the trip on driver status and they are always adaptable. When flights are impacted, they make the necessary changes. Vehicles are immaculate and drivers make you feel safe.

Super easy experience. Driver was polite and on time. Vehicle was perfect. We had a great ride and have booked multiple rides with the company so far.

Easy to book. Drivers were early and waiting for us when we were ready to go. Cars were extremely clean and drivers had water for us. They took care of getting our luggage in and out of the vehicle.

I had an excellent experience with Prestige Ride luxury chauffeur service. They handled an international pickup at JFK for a group of five, and everything was absolutely seamless from start to finish.

Overall the experience with Prestige was positive. The communication prior to booking our round trip service was awesome.
We did run into one problem as our driver on the initial trip was 30 minutes late due to traffic issues. This I can understand, but my frustration occurred when the driver gave me the dispatch number to call and they told me, "We don't have that reservation for the driver. They gave you the wrong chauffer" try calling Prestige. I called Prestige and eventually the original driver showed up.
Other than that I would have given 5 stars and I would use them again.

If I good give 10 stars I would! Prestige Ride was there when I needed them during a disaster of a trip to Florida. I was in a pinch with less than 24 hours notice. I found them at the top of the search on Google...crossed my fingers because it seemed wayyyy to easy and good to be true! The online booking process was so simple and straight forward. I received immediate confirmation and constant communication via email. They answered my questions instantly. And when I needed to shift my pick up time 40 minutes later, instant response and no problem! My driver Ceasar was amazing, friendly, efficient, and helpful. He was stuck in traffic and a little late and called me directly to keep me updated. The vehicle was top notch executive level - clean and roomy. I will definitely be booking with Prestige again! Our driver was very pleasant and was nearby when our flight arrived 45 min. early - which meant we got into NYC earlier than we had planned, which was very nice!
