Good customer service
I'm a VIP member, which comes with automatic entries in each giveaway. I logged in last night to check my entries in their current giveaway and it said 0. I reached out to their customer support about the issue, and they emailed me back within a day to say that they had it corrected.

Great customer service
I had an issue last night, I didn’t know how to add the extra entries code for the giveaway when I was purchasing. I emailed them and they were very quick, helpful and professional in the response with my issue. Great customer service!

Quick to respond and super nice
As the title says, they were quick to respond and nice. Only part of my entries reflected on my account and the customer service replied and fixed it within 12 hours. Its mostly a "raffle site" with a few items for purchase that increase your odds of winning. They also donate to a charity, so thats cool.
