I’ve been a LVLUP customer for years since the business started and absolutely love the products. I’ve always had a great customer service experience and can’t recommend them enough!

The absolute best supplements in the whole industry! Customer service were incredibly helpful and polite. In my opinion, these guys in my biased option, are going to take the world by storm 😅 don’t believe the haters - they’ve been in business nearly 7 years and over 100,000 orders - only a select few angry people here to try and tarnish an amazing business 🤷‍♂️

My experience with LVLUP Health has been absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a product that was never delivered, and despite repeatedly requesting a refund, I have instead been met with delays, excuses, and resistance to returning my money.

What is especially concerning is that after experiencing this myself and reading other Trustpilot reviews, I discovered that I am apparently not the first customer reporting delivery problems and difficulty obtaining a refund. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to read those experiences carefully.

The most shocking part has been my correspondence with Adriana, LVLUP Health’s Head of Operations. After weeks of trying to resolve an order that LVLUP failed to deliver, Adriana responded to my escalation by telling me there was “no need to be so RUDE!!!” Rather than simply providing a concrete delivery date or resolving my refund request, the Head of Operations chose to reprimand a paying customer for demanding accountability.

That response tells prospective customers everything they need to know about the level of professionalism I experienced.

Customers should not have to fight to receive merchandise they paid for. They should not have to fight to get their money back when that merchandise isn’t delivered. And they certainly should not be spoken to this way by the company’s Head of Operations for demanding a resolution.

I have retained the complete correspondence documenting my experience and am escalating this matter through the appropriate payment and consumer-protection channels.

My recommendation: proceed with extreme caution. Read the negative reviews before ordering from LVLUP Health. Had I done that beforehand, I would never have placed this order.

Complete SCAM! Should have read the negative reviews before ordering. Never received the package despite purchasing package protection and customer service is either MIA or repeats the same garbage and has the audacity to tell me that purchasing package protection doesn't ensure refund for missing product - will be going through all channels to remedy this.

Have ordered multiple times and I love the product, however…! Switched in spring for recurring order and had to email for over a month to get my stuff! The shipping company is total garbage and won’t deliver! Reordered again in June and nothing! It’s $300 worth of stuff and again no delivery! Contacted again and they were just dragging their feet, and after canceling subscription and just asking for either to send me my order or just give me a refund, they said it’s been sent it and after providing with shipping confirmation, 3 days later checking it and it says it’s not able to deliver and they are sending it back to the lvl!!!!! OMG!!!!!! It’s been 2 months already. I’ve emailed for over a week trying to get a refund because it’s completely ridiculous!!! Haven’t heard back anything! I thought they might just block me or something?! Sent from 3 different emailed and filled a customer support on their useless website, still waiting! Its crazy! I truly like their stuff but it’s been insane to get it delivered in the past 4 months and the costumer serving is MIA. So disappointing… the only thing I can say is maybe try limitless biotech or something, they are in US and I always get my shipments! But I need my money back because there no product they can deliver here anymore!

I have been using LVLUP Health for almost a year now as a wholesale customer. I have only had positive experiences during that time, until this week.
LVLUP have changed their website and this has really impacted the customer experience BIGTIME. The website is clunky, unpredictable and doesn't allow you to order!? (Which I imagine is the overall objective here??)
Customer service - it would appear, non existent? Still waiting on a response almost 3 days later.
Overall - wonderful products, probably the best around, new website doesn't match that.
This has been a last resort, with the hope of getting a response/resolution to my issue.

I just want to order the products to help my clients, this isnt possible at present! Please bring back PayPal payments too!!!

I have been using Hormone Harmony on and off since it first became available and honestly nothing has helped my PCOS symptoms more. I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 20 years ago and other than changing my diet to be gluten, dairy and defined sugar free, and lowering my stress levels, I had tried lots and lots of medication, other supplements and treatments and nothing has consistently kept my symptoms at bay like LVLUP Hormone Harmony has. I stopped taking it for a few months and my periods were horrible again, my cystic acne returned and my oily hair. I am back on it and feeling amazing again!

I purchased a product on 23rd May, never received tracking details until I emailed support. I received a reply back saying that it was picked up on the 28th May and I received tracking details. I still haven’t received the item. Unfortunately, I can’t say that I will be purchasing again with this company.

They are not legitimate, they are money sucking scam. You will NOT recieve anything.

I've ordered from this company several times over the years. Whilst the products are expensive, they are definitely premium and are much more effective than alternative products that I have tried.
Shipping from Australia took 9 days and considering the international carrier didn't show as having received it for 4 days, it was a quick turn around. All of this whilst there is turmoil in the Middle East and flight disruptions.
The company definitely isn't a scam and additionally when you place your order you have 30 minutes to review the information and update any element of the order including address.

Scam website. Placed an order for there gut healing peptide bottle. The shipping had the wrong address even though I entered it correctly. Our phones auto enter our addresses now. Never made a mistake. Their shipping confirmed my order with an incorrect shipping address. I reached to support immediately to correct the address.

Kirsty responds to me with their is nothing they can do. LOL. Look at their trust pilot reviews. Scam businesses.

I love and appreciate LVLUP's products. It has helped my spouse, my father, and me immensely over the last year. The ultimate GI Repair been a game changer for all of us. Thanks for all that you all do! I know it's not easy to develop quality products and then figure out how to provide them to people who need them.

I've been using there product 'Hormone Harmony' and it's helped so much with cycle regulation :) Great product for women who have endometriosis. I've also been on complete liver complex. Both these products have been game changes for me.

Wow customer service could not be better! I love the product and the people!!

Initially had a rough start with lvlup health and it took a while but thanks to their great customer support managed to get things sorted. going to take a few weeks to see how well the supplements work and will update this review again then!

Excellent service and understanding of my needs.
I had a hip replacement 3 months ago. I have been told about Peptides for help with healing but I did not know where to start. I reached out to customer support and they helped immensely.
My order did take longer than I thought it would, but I didn't realise at the time that it can take longer when coming from overseas.
When I asked the team for clarification on this, they were more than happy to assist and explain the situation. I just needed to be patient :)

After reading some poor reviews I was a bit skeptical about buying from the company. I had been recommended the hormone balance product and told it’s a great product so I took the chance. The Customer service team has been very quick and helpful with replying to my emails.

Took my money. Never sent my oder.

PRODUCT EVENTUALLY RECEIVED

I experienced difficulty getting this product from the supplier. I was informed that the courier company had received the physical product even though a tracking number had been issued. I emailed the customer support team several times and received no response. Eventually I emailed from a different email address and did receive a reply and they agreed to re-ship the product to me as a gesture of goodwill. It does seem odd that there are multiple accounts of other customers having the same issue over a period of time. I suggest buying any product from this company on your credit card so you can dispute the charge if it doesn't arrive. I did get my order in the end but it took well over a month to sort it out with the company.
