The website was very easy to use and I’m looking forward to trying this product. I can’t say anything about the product yet because I haven’t tried it.

I ordered supplements that were shipped in 4 boxes. Only 3 showed up and I contacted the company about it. Charina responded in a few hours and followed through with this until the missing box arrived the next day. Their responsiveness was much appreciated. My items arrived packaged nicely and securely.

I noticed my order had not been received, in fact returned. After I asked, their response was immediate and efficient. leading to a reshipment.
The problem with the shipment was beyond their control , but they took care of me as soon as they became aware.

Rachel is making my experience good. At first the AI interaction was confusing, so I reached out for someone to help me, and Rachel did. We discussed my ordering concerns and she resolved my issues within several days. I believe that this is an honest company and I received my order almost a week ahead of when I was told to expect it. Now I hope that their Nattokinase is as effective at what it's supposed to do as Rachel is at what she does!
