I had already got insurance with them

I had already got insurance with them. One of their customer service agents contacted me due to my cover only been till I reached 60 and as I only had 4 years to go i would loose my cover policy. I spoke to one of the managers who was very helpful and discussed my options. I am now covered till I pass and.alao due to my cancer scare this year I am also covered for any hospitle stays etc and will get paid for any inconvenience. They have all been very helpful and friendly and check in regularly to make sure im covered and my family dont have to worry about anything.

Kahlique was a gentleman

Kahlique was a gentleman, no BS. He was a pleasure to speak with, which makes a change nowadays, especially with call centres.
I'd say 10 outta 10 but that's perfect and no one on this planet is perfect.lol

Aliyah explained everything very clearly to me. Ensuring she had all my details. This sounds a very good investment for my health

Firstly Lee alerted me to a problem…

Firstly Lee alerted me to a problem with my royal London policy, (nice one Lee)he then passed me to Aliyah (I do hope I spelt that right) who was an absolute angel, she worked her magic to get me a much better policy , would definitely recommend listening to this company, I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

They made me comfortable all steps of the way although I gave them a really tough time. I bought a policy and I’m not going back with them.
