Really nice driver, taxis was just on time. Getting a text message shortly before is very helpful because it lets you know that it is on the way.

If you are a vulnerable adult or support a person with a disability or additional needs I would not reccomend this service.

Their frontline staff's disability awareness and interpersonal skills in dealing with people with additional needs leave alot to be desired.

I am not a person to write reviews like this and would often happily compliment a service usually rather than complain but not in this case.

My friend arranged a wheelchair taxi 3 days prior to pick up. A return taxis service was booked with pick up and collection times given. A large caddy taxis was required.

Early this evening they sent 2 wrong taxis to pick him up initially from him residence and their 3rd attempt was the only one he could fit into. He was 1 hour late to an event he had tickets for. When he arrived we immediately rang lynk to make sure that the taxis that picked him up was a caddy wheelchair accessible taxis like the one he was dropped off in. They were very aware that the 2 previous taxis that had been sent were unsuitable and they were aware that the 3rd taxis was the only one that could take my friend home in his wheelchair.

He is a vulnerable adult with iron rods in his spine and can only use caddy taxis.

When pick up time came at 10pm no taxis arrived. We rang repeatedly and each time we told them again a caddy taxis was the only taxis my friend could travel in. This was at 10pm at night and by 11pm no sign. The taxis that eventually arrived was not a caddy and my friend was not able to use it. They were again repeatedly rung and we were feed the usual line 'when one is available they would let us know'.
No timescale was given and by nearly 1am in the morning we were still standing on the side of the road waiting in the rain. We had no options and we were considering ringing the fire brigade to assist, as my friend can't tolerate sitting for such long periods in his chair at night time. He is a electric wheelchair user with complex needs.

At 1.15am a caddy taxi eventually arrived. The taxis man was understanding and this review is no reflection on his service.

However Lynk management of vulnerable adults leaves alot to be desired.
They knew the errors they made when collecting him from his home and were fully aware that the caddy taxis that brought him was the only taxis type that could bring him home.

An appalling service that I am sure I will now get a well penned reply 'apologising for my disfactisfaction'. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. You happily took his full payment on both trips and will probably continue to provided an appalling customer service not matter what feedback people give you on these review pages. I will be in touch with Michelle Whelan in Customer service on Monday morning and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to you Michelle and not a generic reply on this platform.

Arrived in a few minutes taxi driver lady had a lovely conversation. Car was clean and smells lovely not like some I have been in.

The taxi was clean and on time the driver was very friendly and I would recommend lynx taxis to all my friends.

Terrible, prebooked, no sign of taxi. Had to ring office 3 times to see where was the driver, typical squeezed in another job before mine. Then driver didn't get anywhere near pick up point, I'm left out in the rain soaked waiting on taxi. I would not use again.

Don't bother with your insincere apology.Its not the first time you didn't do your job properly, where my mam was late for appointments due to your lack of respect for people's need to be at their destination on time.Tou have no respect for paying customers. We will never need one of your taxis again.

Easy to use app & friendly administration staff. My destination was an unusual one a one that I hadn't been before however the driver went beyond his call of duty to make sure it was the correct place. I have recommended to others travelling to Dublin & will continue to do so. Thank you again Lynx ❤️

Taxi arrived promptly, driver very helpful with my luggage and courteous with it, I would recommend them.

They are brilliant in terms of checking in after the initial booking to ensure that they will be there early on the morning of the trip.
They send a text when they are on their way and phone you on arrival for the pick up.
VERY PUNCTUAL.
