All at lyons Bowe were very good , selling my house was not straight forward as my solicitors went into administration, they had a bit to sort out and to find my deeds before we could move forward, they were easy to contact and always happy to help and support.

As we have not sold a property for many, many years, this was, in effect a brand new experience for us. Madison, Legal Assistant, was our primary contact (Case Handler) for the initial part of the property sale and was extremely helpful, patient and professional. No question was left unanswered and Madison guided us through the whole experience before handing us over to the Legal Team who will work with us on the final stages of the conveyancing. I cannot recommend Madison highly enough - a great asset to Lyons Bowe.

This was our second property sale with Lyons Bowe. Once again the majority of the transaction was managed by Isharani who did a great job in bringing us to the point of exchange on our leasehold appartment. Everything went smoothly and hassle free

The team I’ve had at Lyons Bowe have been fantastic. Holly at the start was super helpful, followed by Aansa who was super responsive and proactive and finishing with Amalia who was amazing at keeping me updated and chasing those last few things before exchanging contracts. Moving is super stressful but I feel so lucky I had such an amazing team. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Timeline showing progress of sale at each stage was good in principle, but not always kept up to date in practice.
Enquiry tracker showing enquiries, responses and status of each enquiry was good in principle, but we were not kept up to date after initial entries.
Communication could have been better, particularly as we neared exchange and completion. Regular updates explaining why we hadn't yet exchanged would have been appreciated.

The team at Lyons Bowe have been extremely proactive and super efficient. The communication has been so easy, both being able to contact people on the phone and receiving quick responses via email. The app used is really user friendly and reassuring to get regular updates on the progress of my case. I’d definitely recommend Lyons Bowe.

hello, I found communication was poor- i only got any updates when i requested them so i was charged each time. I wasn't told about significant delays. Without me chasing i wouldn't have known. I accepted Lyons Bowe solicitors on the condition i was given updates and that was to be included in the price but this didn't happen. I don't feel they were advising me and looking after my interests. Rather they wanted me to tell them what was needed. So only use them if you know exactly what you want in the paperwork.

All staff responded quickly to any questions I asked. They were very friendly and helpful throughout. A special mention to Jennifer and Delanie at the Bristol branch who were superb.

So far my experience with Lyons Bowe has been great. Macy has kept me informed at all stages and nothing has been too scary (first time purchasing a property on my own and rather out of my comfort zone!). I really hope the excellent service continues throughout the rest of my journey with the firm 😊
