My experience with Lyphe is fantastic. A brilliantly organised company with set of staff who are caring compassionate and well trained. They give their best to the patient and go the extra distance to help in every way possible. The medicine is of high quality and has been sorsed with knowledge, of what helps people live a better happier life ( pain management ) full control and confidence that the support from Lyphe is only a phone call away. I now live a confident pain managed life with a close relationship with Lyphe, who always do there best to understand my individual needs as a patient and delivers a great service each and every time. I honestly recommend Lyphe to anyone who needs help to change their lives in managing there health conditions and finding peace and happiness 😊.

After two years with Lyphe Clinic and Lyphe Dispensary there have been no issues for myself and all the staff are very professional, most helpful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and of course very patient.

I have been a patient of this clinic since project 2020, and I have had one prescription delivered in full, on time, from these people in nearly five years.

There is always an excuse.

First it was their terrible computer systems, then they lack locum doctors to service appointments in a reasonable timeframe, there are always problems with suppliers, but when it comes to actually doing the job and getting the medicines delivered on time, it never happens.

Some of the staff are kind and try very hard to help, but it seems like it is a constant uphill battle for them to cope with the challenges of actually achieving their objectives for their paying customers with the tools at their disposal.

Despite charging £240 a year in subscription fees, nobody at the clinic takes any ownership, makes any effort to contact you in the case of difficulties on their end, or offers any compensation for the difficulties you are having as a paying customers.

As the patient, you constantly have to chase them to resolve issues on their end that they have caused.

Meanwhile, they are constantly badgering me to refer a friend and write them a review here, presumably because their service is so dysfunctional they are bleeding customers.

Well, I certainly won’t be seeking to refer a friend, but now they have their review.

I will be seeking to switch to another clinic ASAP, and I would recommend that anybody who is experiencing the same difficulties do the same.

If you are a new patient looking for a medical cannabis provider, I’d suggest you look elsewhere.

Have been with them for several years,with additional health issues to add.Straightforward ,easy to amend prescription or add.
Usually quick to dispense ,you have to understand that the paper prescription has to be physically with the dispensary in order to process it,and be in stock,it isn't the same as your local pharmacy.
Knowledgeable GP/practitioners have been helpful as I changed prescription because of surgery ,and now terminally ill.

Although unable to resolve the problem of delivery of the medication because the problem was with Royal Mail the advisor was kind, understanding and able to offer some helpful suggestions

Explained everything was very friendly and polite explained step by step how to go about things great service

The staff at Lyphe are exceptional !!!!!! I have problems doing things online, I don't think my laptop likes me, but the angels at Lyphe are always so helpful and polite and make sure I can get my medication asap.
Opioids don;t work for me and cannabis works so well, my pain is intolerable without it, so thank you to everyone at Lyphe for looking after me so well.

All the 'Lyphe' staff and Doctors are very helpful. They cater for ones health and well being. Very easy to get an appointment, and you are dispensed medication according to your needs and requirements .
They have certainly helped me deal with my pain, relaxing and sleeping
