Have been with this clinic for over 3 years and out of all that time I have had probably 6 times iv not had to go on live chat each month to find out where my medication is today I was told they have been very busy this week n my medication should be dispatched in the next day or so when it should’ve been dispatched yesterday I cnt believe that I pay over £345 each month and you cnt get it dispatched in the time you state and the reason you give is that your busy WHY DO YOU KEEP EXCEPTING NEW PATIENTS when you CNt look after the ones you already have I dnt get it this has been going on for years I wish I could come on here and give LYPHE a raving review , this medication isn’t for recreational use but for extreme pain relief my pain doesn’t stop just Because you cnt get my medication sent on time , had I of known I would’ve got it off the black market this month but I paid and have no extra money for more medication so thanks for the next couple of days of unbearable pain , I’m going to look into changing clinic as there are many now

Finally found good medicine good service for my multiple sclerosis definitely helps all aspects of ms. I only have to watch out for Nancy Regan fans gives me over half my life back.

Lyphe have always been incredibly responsive. I have been with them for well over a year, maybe nearly 2 and their service has always been exceptional. Even on the rare occasions there is an issue, the responsiveness and resolution is second to none.

Very happy with the service, good quality products always delivered promptly.

Total waste of time and money. They charged me for my obtaining my SCR but I had to sort it myself. Back when they were called The Medical Cannabis Clinic things worked fine, but now it’s gone downhill fast. The doctor had no clue about the full range of products—only pushed the ones he wanted to sell. Took from April to September just to get one appointment. Honestly the worst company I’ve dealt with. Don’t waste your time like I did. Notting but stalling and lies. Edit fasted relpy I have gotten from lyphe is from this poor review its to late now. I hope everyone follows suits and they leave like I have!

I’ve been a patient with Lyphe Clinic for over a year, and while things started positively, my experience has gone steadily downhill.

At the beginning, my first doctor was empathetic and supportive, guiding me through the initial process and my first couple of repeat prescriptions. But then Lyphe went through internal changes — they bought a pharmacy, rebranded under their name, and my problems began. My patient number was changed, doctors were constantly rotating, and the availability of certain strains/medications became very inconsistent. More than once I was forced to accept something that didn’t really work for me, simply because the right option wasn’t in stock.

Earlier this year, while running my own startup and managing chronic pain, I was simply in such a spiral of things that I couldn’t even think about booking an appointment. When I finally did this month, I was told over the phone that I was within the 6-month window, so I booked in and waited over a week. Then, just 20 minutes before my consultation, the doctor messaged me to say I was actually over 6 months and would have to redo the entire initial assessment again from scratch.

On top of this, I was asked to pay an extra £20 for them to access my NHS records — even though I had already been paying £17.99 a month for 8 months without using their services. That’s nearly £150 wasted, just to be told “sorry,” with no compensation, no goodwill gesture, and no attempt at a fair resolution.

When I finally called to close my account, the person I spoke with came across as dismissive, and I was discharged without any acknowledgement of the money I had lost or the lack of continuity of care I’d received.

Overall, it felt less like I was being treated as a patient and more like I was being treated as a cash cow. For anyone considering joining, please be aware: communication is poor, consistency is lacking, and patient care did not seem to be their priority in my experience
