Placed an order on the 14th for next-day delivery, today is the 21st, and still awaiting the delivery.

I received fabulous customer service support from Jodie McL as I battled my way through a list ranging from toilet cleaner to sticky labels. Jodie is always quick to respond and ultimately helpful with a happy giggle to boot!

Excellent account manager, Suli Rehman is great, he keeps in touch without being pushy, finds products we need, sends freebie codes and is utterly fantastic! if there is a problem (usually a Fedex issue) he sorts it straight away. Thanks Suli
