I have always experienced a good service with Lyreco for many years, in particular our account manager Josh Mambo has been excellent in keeping in touch, assisting to help source best deals for our budget, being responsive and informative with good product knowledge. Offering a personal account manager makes all the difference in making our lives easier so we can operate and focus on the day-to-day business.

I have been dealing with Angela Smith from Lyreco for a few years now.

I can honestly say that Lyreco offer a great service, varied stock from stationery to PPE and are very competitive along with a very helpful Sales Rep. who is always willing to help and go that extra mile!! If I'm in a rush and do not have time to place my own order Angela will always assist and goods will be delivered the next day! Angela popped out to see me last week to advise me of some new lines Lyreco were introducing and she is obtaining samples for us to trial!

If there is something in PPE we need that is not stocked, then Emma Turner can source to meet our requirements.

I had trouble getting through to the call centre so I called our account manager Charlotte who was absolutely amazing and got my issue resolved in no time at all.

Debbie Howe is our account manager and has been exemplary in helping me acclimatise to both Lyreco and the online portal.

The ordering portal is easy to use but any uncertainties are quickly resolved. Orders are expedited efficiently and the delivery driver friendly and helpful.
