Turned up promptly for my wedding and made sure I got there on time. The Bentley was amazing and my driver was professional and made me feel relaxed on the big day. Highly recommed M25 chauffeurs without any hesitation.

James delivered a professional service. He was on time and patient. Which helped me manage my nerves. He was outstanding with collecting us and taking us to our hotel after our big wedding. Was also very helpful in giving us a little tour of london on route. Perfect service to a perfect day.

Scam company. Do not trust them.
In April 2018, my wife booked a car on their website, for a transfer from Heathrow Airp to a London Hotel and back. She booked it with about 1 week in advance and had to pay the full amount, with her card, for the booking to be accepted.
3-4 hours before her arrival, she received a message from them, telling her that they are no longer coming and that another car will pick her but she has to pay in cash to the driver and they will reimburse her what she already paid with the card.
Since then, we sent several emails to them, asking the reimbursement, without receiving any answer. We also called them several times but they always say that the manager is not in the office and that they will transmit our message to him. Nothing happened.
It looks like their web page is a way to fool people to pay different amounts, having no real services behind.

Update 20.08.2018:
- Today, after almost 4 months since the event, they did the reimbursement into my wife’s account.
Thus, I am upgrading my review from the-initial-1-star to 3 stars (neutral).

Thanks for all your help in arranging the car and chauffeur for our event, the service was absolutely perfect.

From the initial engagement through to the driver contacting us to confirm all was running to schedule on the evening of the collection, we knew everything was setup, and really felt looked after at every step along the way.

Special thanks to 'John', who went the extra mile for us on this one, even though the car we really wanted was not available, John offered a nice alternative to make sure we were covered for the event, and then still continued to look around for options to provide the perfect car, which of course he found....that really means a lot to me, and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

This company provided an appaling service for my daughter's wedding. The car, a Bentley, failed to turn up at the hotel to take her to the church. We had to use a taxi. The Bentley arrived later, after the wedding service had started, to take the couple to the reception venue. The chauffeur was not at all concerned, nor apologetic and blamed a communication issue, despite the company email being very clear about venue pick ups. Sadly, the lilac ribbons that were ordered and promised were not on the car, the expected champagne was not provided and the driver took the most direct route (10 minutes in all) to drop the couple at the reception venue. The car was booked for TWO hours. Needless to say the couple arrived before the guests!

Trying to contact M25 Chauffeurs about this has been extremely difficult. (My wife had tried several times, using the M25 UK Chauffeurs Ltd telephone number and had emailed daily for four days.) WHEN i did eventually make contact the saga was extraordinary. The owner has not returned calls when he said he would, has failed to provide details that he promised to provide, and is blaming all kinds of seemingly non-existent people for the problem rather than take full responsibility. The telephone reception service appears to be a 'call centre' type operation which cannot put people in touch with the company directly, nor can they provide information about themselves. Email contact is very frustrating because it does not get a reply. Smoke and mirrors. Do not use! In my experience, if something goes wrong, there doesn't appear to be anybody who will accept any responsibility. When it is a one-off event, such as a wedding, that has a shadow cast over it, due to neglect and incompetence. There is no going back to do it again. No one seems to care about this, indeed if one pursues a complaint far enough it gets pushed back by M25 Chauffeurs to a car brokerage company based in Wales, even though the agreement for service is with M25 Chauffeurs Ltd.
It proves impossible to find a responsible person to contact at M25 Chauffeurs, who can make a clear decision or give a clear response. This whole matter, still unresolved, has absolutely no coherence at all.

In my experience, M25 Chauffeurs Ltd is a disreputable firm.

I booked my wedding car with M25 Chauffeurs Ltd which was a white Rolls Royce Phantom, and paid upfront in advance.

In the days leading up to the wedding, I sent the firm a couple of emails to confirm my reservation which they did not reply to at all. On the day before my wedding, I phoned half a dozen times to try to confirm my reservation, but was told the person I needed to speak to was out of the office. Finally, at about 5.30pm, my call was returned and I was assured by "the boss" that everything was organised and ready for the following day.

However, on the morning of my wedding M25 Chauffeurs Ltd called me to advise that the car I had booked was broken down. I got the call while I was on my way to the wedding hotel!! They even had the cheek to suggest that I was welcome to go with another firm if I did not want to accept the replacement vehicle.

In the event, M25 Chauffeurs Ltd sent a replacement vehicle - a Bentley Continental which was okay, but not the car that I ordered and paid for.

I subsequently emailed to ask for a refund but this has not been forthcoming. My lawyer then wrote to the firm asking for a refund. Eight months has now passed and the lawyer's correspondence has been ignored.

Last week I sent the firm this review and was offered a derisory £100 refund. I thought it was more important to put the review up online than to accept the offer after 8 months of radio silence.
