I came across the Internship opportunity on LinkedIn and applied. Months later as had been stated in the registration forms (due to a high number of applications), I got my acceptance email. I was to schedule an interview date then after review I got my onboarding email. There were straight forward and easy steps to follow to ensure a smooth and proper transition into the company's ecosystem. I worked with diverse colleagues from all over the world and the entire duration has been a great endeavor, recently I received a compensation package for my internet during the internship period. I am soon starting my new role, the company has shaped me into an astute remote worker who upholds proper work ethic and is streamlined to meet deliverables and achieve greatness. I am entirely grateful to my team for their exceptional guidance and collaboration during my period. I came into the company an experienced developer, or so I thought. My time here has been different from any internship I participated in before. Besides just development, I got to learn how to collaborate in a diverse team, I learnt new methodologies and technologies used to deploy applications. I learned how to leverage AI tools in the workflow process to streamline development and enhance the quality of software we output.
Working with M365 has been a great experience for me, a mind-opener too. The company offers multiple avenues for growth and success based on your career of choice but as a candidate you have to be on your A game!

This company is a scam company, and I have so much proof to show. They scammed me of my time, work done but unpaid, and they used me for so long without paying me a dime. Myself and the guys who also rated them 1 star worked together on their website, he was the UI designer, while I was the developer. I really wish I could share evidence cuz I have a lot. RUN and they must be reported and dealt with cuz their CEO is a very ruthless and bad mannered individual. SCAM RUN.

The fact that I reside in a country that uses AI as chat bots, I realized, "Agentic AI" is what 30% of Africans have an idea about, and Microsoft does more than we thought about Google.

For work ethic - you will always be held accountable, so make sure you know what you do and how to do it.

I started my journey as a Power Automate intern knowing the internship was unpaid, but I joined with the goal of learning as much as I could. Four months later, I’ve completed my internship — and to my surprise, I even received a small stipend as a token of appreciation. The experience was incredibly valuable, and I’ve learned more than I expected. Their onboarding process was thorough and I learnt about the HR industry, plus Recep has daily check ins to answer all your questions regarding the company and processes.

My experience working with has to be a 7/10. They do a lot well but ngl, there are some things that needs to be worked on but I am not really bothered as they are a startup - you can't expect them to be perfect right out of the box.

My best experience with them was my upskill training where I got to learn new skills to complement my role as a graphic designer.

Scam Firm & Employer. I have seen there Job ads on LinkedIn applied in December 2023 Had few interviews with different people filled few forms sent intros etc They sent me an offer that I accepted and then Onboarding got scheduled. All this just happened on Whatsapp Only. Then suddenly HR number placed a status the HR number has changed to a newer one. I contacted new HR number and they don't have any old info and asked me to share chat history with old HR I shared a long screen recording from starting date till onboarding.
The HR blocked my number saying they can't find my details when even the chat history I sent them on my own. Asked me during hiring if I can work 7 days a week.
Other people who got interviewed got same issue few worked even 7 days a week and ended being paid nothing.
