Excellent customer service.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jayne ensuring I was totally happy with my new car purchase.
I would totally recommend for purchasing a new or used car.

No pushy salesmen at all left to have a good luck round and was there when needed . Got the keys had a good luck round the car and any questions I had was answered. Jamie the salesman was great kept me informed from start to finish . Chris was a lovely bloke also nothibg too much trouble they both made you feel welcome and wanted to help .

I had a terrible experience with M53 Ellesmere Port.
Had my car for nearly 3 weeks, no one updated me on the status. Reported a cracked brake disc to them, asked them about the crack when I picked it up, was told it was fine. Was not happy with this so thankfully took it to Peoples Ford who have been brilliant.
Urgent work required, brake discs replaced thankfully while it was under warranty. Asked for scratched interior plastics to be replaced too by M53, this work was never carried out after 3-4 visits.
My car nor myself will return there ever again.

Booked a lease vehicle into M53 Ford Ellesmere Port, receptionist very welcoming, offered a drink etc, place very clean and tidy, was booked in as engine management light was on, took a day to fix which was not a problem they did keep me informed, collected the following morning
As I was driving out of the garage noticed that light was on dashboard telling me I had bulb out which I thought ok a co incidence but then first corner no indicators, took straight back to garage and looked and had no electrics to front of car, no lights, indicators etc, technician said he had not touched them but if I re booked in later that day they would have a look
Decided to have a look myself and found technician had pulled out both electric sockets, two min job just to see where they had come from and re insert them
Just after more money for something they did, yes I will be informing Arval of the scam

Ongoing saga.....are M53 branches owned as franchise like macdonalds??
Head office in fleet seem to not have the authority to instigate works on behalf of customer!!! Any info welcome
At this time, Ford are directly responsible for my family going into financial hardship. We have paid £700 for a van in rental and insurance that we cannot use 4 over 1 month and that has lost us thousands regarding income during this time. Ford disputing service info provided and want to no exact oil used which we will provide, current info not enough Apparently. Laying blame 🤔
Service history completed. Recall notifications 4 major safety issues.....not received by Ford

I am delighted with my new car from M53 Ford, Ellesmere Port. Having had the same car for year's I was a bit nervous about changing it. Jamie, the young Salesman made it so easy, completely understanding my needs as a customer. He was polite, courteous, informative and very professional. I can honestly say he provided the best customer service ever. Something you rarely get these days. Thanks Jamie and M53 Ford.

Absolutely dread when it's time to sort a new car but Jayne was so helpful, kind, answered all my questions and put me at ease as soon as I met her! Kept me up to date every step of the way and honestly can't recommend her and M53 Ford Ellesmere Port enough! Brilliant customer service and will definitely be sticking with this company! Amazing service!

This company is brilliant I was so desperate after national tyres lost my locking wheel nut. Rory at m53 ford elesmerport branch helped me out big time by having my locknuts removed and work all done in less than 40 mins👍👍👍👍
