Firstly the next day delivery if ordered before 2pm did not happen, in fact we waited nearly a week, secondly the genuine saniflow part we ordered turned out to be a cheap knock off part (the diligent team at macerator pumps left the ebay invoice in the box), lastly Sean has made the return such an ordeal that the parcel despite royal mails numerous attempts to deliver has yet to be accepted. The service has been deplorable, and we have wasted so much time attempting to resolve this.

So easy to replace the old unit with the new knee supplied by you. Thank you 👍

The order you informed me would arrive Friday.
Did not arrive after many phone calls finally got text it would arrive Saturday, part order arrived Satuuday morning. Phoned and told the rest would arrive later that day. Did not arrive. Finally got text it would arrive Tuesday pm, Not good enough. Waist of weekend for me and costs. If you want to know how to inprove tell the truth.

The delivery was delayed because the product was out of stock. however there was no information sent to alert the customer of this situation until forced to so by a very worried customer.Customer peace of mind cannot be stressed toomuch and I feel it is a basic improvement that would help the companys reputation

One half of the order arrived next day, the rest of the order arrived 3 days later with no communication from the supplier.

Very easy purchase and extremely quick delivery. I ordered the pump on a Thursday lunchtime and it was with me in Cornwall the following lunchtime. I thoroughly recommend your business to anyone.

I was impressed with the service. It became obvious to the plumber who was installing the device that it was faulty but once he detailed his installation to your technical team a new saniwaste was posted very quickly. I was pleased as my wife is due to have a hip replacement next week and I wanted the downstairs toilet working before she came home

The whole shopping experience from ordering to receiving our saniflow system was well executed.

Did not achieve the next day delivery promised on the website.

I placed the order online but may have made a mistake with my email as I never received a written order confirmation. I received my products in 2 deliveries however my 1 star is not for the products as I hope they are fine. My review is based on Sean in sales who has now been asked multiple times to resend my written order to the correct email address but he completely ignores my request.

Failed to send out my order on time, due to a issue with their distribution accounting, then failed to reply to an email I sent to complain about it.

I ordered the macerator on Thursday just missing the next day cut off which was ok. However there it did not arrive on Saturday and I was forced to contact you to find out what happened. I was then told it would be delivered on Tuesday and I would be sent a tracking number via email-this was never sent. It was very annoying to have to wait an extra 3days without the macerator and without the use of our toilet and shower!!! Just generally disappointing all round

The items did not arrive on the day they were supposed to do - we had taken that day off work. One of the items arrived the following day. We then received a note of another delivery day, but the outstanding time was not on the van when it arrived. We are now waiting for the delivery to be able to continue with the building work... But the price of the items are very competitive and the quality of the already delivered item looks good.

The deliver services need to be better.

I ordered a macerator and wc toilet with an additional 2 years warranty from this company over 2 weeks ago and have only received the macerator. Correspondence isn’t responded to, emails have been ignored and I have come to terms that it’s a non existent entity. Nothing beats going into a dealership and getting what you need.

Unbelievable service, item for next day delivery turned up three days late (no washing machine or dishwasher during this) and... It's the wrong item. Of course they'll exchange but I have to be in to do so. So now I still don't have a working pump, a pump I can't use and I'm £250 out of pocket. To which I get told the man on the phone is just doing his job. Informed multiple times a supervisor will call me but no calls materialise.
Added to which the invoice is the dodgiest I've ever seen with no parts mentioned, or the website I ordered from.
Don't touch with a bargepole.

Cost was very good coupled with fast delivery. Item not yet fitted so cannot comment on quality
