Mackey Opticians Opiniões

We have been attending Mackeys Portadown for many years & have always received an excellent service. The staff are friendly, professional & welcoming.
We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else & would highly recommend Mackeys to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and reliable service. Thank you to the whole team especially Elaine, Niall & Rachel for their time & expertise, especially when choosing the right frames to suit. There is lots of choice for all ages.

Went today (7/1026) for eyetest and new lenses, staff were excellent from start to finish, friendly and attentive to everything, Rachel and Niall couldn't have done anything more. Top notch. Patricia Love

Absolutely would highly recommend Mackey opticians. The girls in Cookstown were so friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome, took the time to help pick out frames and you felt in no rush when trying to make a decision.

I have been at Mackey's Opticians, on Haypark Avenue, in Belfast, where Sorcha & Sharon were warm, welcoming and extremely professional. I really valued their advice and attention to detail. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a range of eye care.

Niall and Rachel were the most helpful, accommodating and professional staff members I have ever encountered in any business. I called in today as I developed an eye problem that I was concerned about and I was immediately squeezed in for an examination and given 5 star treatment and advice on the next steps to treat my condition. I couldn’t recommend, compliment and thank these people enough. They are an asset to their company!

My Daughter and I went to Mackey opticians after being recommended,we were attended by Hanna and Amyleigh, they were both extremely helpful, polite and friendly and put us at ease, the spent a lot of time giving advice about the frames but also give us the time to choose the right one as well, nothing was rushed top class service,we were delighted with it from being to finish.

I have been going to Mackey Opticians for over 20 years now and the service has always been outstanding. The staff are welcoming and patient and very knowledgeable about their products. I had an eye rest in Church Lane and choose a frame from the Woodstock Rd branch, where the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Thank you.

Great service and friendly staff from start to finish very helpful would recommend people to try there Portadown branch

I had my routine eye examination today. Aaron made me feel at ease from the start and talked me through the whole process whilst the examination was taking place. Rachel helped me pick frames as I required new glasses, she was very knowledgeable and her advice was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend a visit to Mackey's opticians for a relaxed experience.

Rachel advised and assisted me throughout the whole process of selecting, fitting and purchasing new glasses. She was very knowledgeable
about the product and the after sales back up. A great experience overall. Thoroughly recommend Mackey opticians and in particular Rachel.

Managed to get an emergency appointment with Gerry at Mackeys super quick. He done a thorough check of my eye and gave great comfort and aftercare, very happy with the service provided and would certainly recommend. Ladies on the front desk were both super friendly and approachable.

Went to the opticians today for the kids eye appointment 12/8 and 6 - we visited the Glen road branch. Rita and Orla were helpful as always, welcoming us, putting the kids at ease, explaining everything to us and helping them pick out glasses which suited them best. We have always went here and will always return.

I’ve been a customer for a number of years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I’m told there was an issue with sourcing my lenses due to a world wide shortage however Chloe and Amy in the Newtownards Rd branch were brilliant and got my glasses made with a higher grade lense at no extra cost to myself.
I really can’t thank them enough they were amazing 🤩

I found the staff very helpful and knowledgable. I am new to having glasses and the staff were very patient with me as I tried on different styles. Glasses were ready before the predicted one week turnaround. Thank you to both Orla and Rita for all their help.

Roseanne and staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble

Had an appointment with Rachel today at the Portadown premises. She was so efficient and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Gemma was so pleasant and helpful in the Newtownards rd branch.
