Many thanks for leaving us a review. You ordered a pallet of paper which we advised would be 2-3 weeks leadtime because of the demand caused by the current Covid crisis. Usually we would expect to deliver within 1 week. We delivered after 3 weeks as advised. I did check with the Customer Service team who dealt with this and they advised that despite repeated requests, they were unbable to get firm information from the paper processor, again because of the exceptional demand. Sorry we couldn't be more helpful on this occassion.

Not trustworthy

Purchased hand sanitiser from them before everything got so expensive. Called beforehand to verify stock and price. After paying and ordering told to pay a higher price then in the end, had my order completely cancelled. Went to their sister site hygieneforless and saw they diverted stock there and were price gouging. Not to be trusted for b2b. Disgraceful.

Alex, thanks for taking the time to give feedback. I think I can recall your order which I think you paid and we had to refund as the cost just kept going up. At the time of your initial order, alcohol gel went from £800/tonne to north of £10,000/tonne. There was a UK shortgae and imports were being impounded at the docks for Hospital and emergency use. Our cost from lowest point to highest point in the Covid crisis increased 460%. Supplies were intermittent at best, we were getting constantly let down and prices were moving up weekly. On the disparity on pricing between what you were quoted and our other website: bulk orders (like yours) go via Maclin factroy and our small order internet supplies go from Hygiene4less.co.uk warehouse.Clearly, small order pick pack pricing is always different from bulk as it has to be hand picked, packed and shipped. Supplies are getting back to more normal but are still over double Januray costs.
