From engaging with the sales rep to the final customer service team the help to complete our project was exemplary. As with all home improvements there’s always something that doesn’t quite go to plan, but with this organisation one never felt alone trying to solve it. Nothing was too much trouble for Natasha to oversee and provide resolutions for.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic, The glass we had delivered had a large chip out of one of the corners and as we hadn't noticed when we took it (The delivery driver did and took a photo), we only noticed it 3 months later when we went to install. I got straight onto them and in no time a newly cut piece of glass was delivered. 10-10 for customer service.

Quick processing of the order and was accurate that when receiving the product it fit perfectly.

The mirrors I ordered were the perfect size and look great. The only downside is that due to how fragile they are we did chip a couple of corners when putting them up. They do warn that they are delicate and to be careful, however I was disappointed that sliding one of the mirrors along the J channel into position was enough to chip the bottom corner. The J channels were maybe the bigger issue as even though they are resting flat on a skirting board the mirrors don't sit properly leaving a gap at either the top when the bottom part touches or vice versa. We had to buy a different mounting for the top as there was no way the J channel for the top would have worked.

Bought for a cloakroom as part of a large house renovation and hadn't thought about smoked glass until I saw one on your website. I was originally looking for a traditional silver mirror, but I'm so glad I saw it! It now looks like a chic hotel bathroom. Good updates on delivery, which were useful for the fitters, and it was delivered in perfect condition. Would definitely use again.
