I ordered three sheets of 10mm bronze…
I ordered three sheets of 10mm bronze glass for a garden project.
Easy to order and input my sizes (all 3 were trapeziums).
Payment was easy and I have been kept informed of progress all along.
They arrived today and I fitted them myself. The sizes were exactly as ordered and the glass was in perfect condition.
Would recommend and definitely use again more future projects.

Superb overall experience with company
Great service.
The website is easy to follow and order the product. After the order information is given about delivery companies and times.
On the delivery date they send a link where possible to look where is the driver - Live on the map.

Service when you need it
I have had 2 v. large mirrors over recent weeks. The 2nd was scratched on delivery. They replaced without hesitation. Thats the real test, service when you need it.

Beautiful piece of glass provided as worktops for a dressing table and chrst of draws makes the bedroom look very sophisticated. Very pleased with the outcome item exactly as described and provided no hesitation recommending this company and will probably use them again for other jobs.

Easy to order, delivery a nightmare
On 27th May I ordered a backlit mirror measuring 3m x 2m, so 2 pieces of glass, 3 pieces of MDF backboard and some LED lights. Delivery would be 8th June between 1430 and 1630. The delivery guy arrived about 1730 with the glass (no protective material supplied), without the backboards, he said it wasn't on the picking list. He also said the lights would come separately which was the first I had heard of it and told me to speak to the office.
I emailed the office in the morning and was told the lights would arrive on Wednesday and the boards on Thursday. I said that's great as the fitters were coming back after not being able to fit due to non-delivery
On Thursday 2 boards arrived rather than 3. Still no lights and agreed to wait until Monday to receive the 3rd board. I was then told the lights had been signed for by N.EDA (No Idea?) I was given the tracking number as proof which showed it had been signed for by a shop miles from here.The 3rd board eventually arrive on the Wednesday and the lights on Thursday, a full 10 days of chasing and time wasting. Thanks to Natasha for eventually sorting it out but the whole process is a nightmare and they seem completely out of control of their ordering and delivery process.

On this occasion, a number of separate issues unfortunately coincided. Part of your order was omitted from the picking process, the LED lighting was dispatched separately and then misdelivered by the courier, and one of the MDF backing boards was also missing from the original delivery. We completely understand how frustrating this was, particularly as it disrupted your installation schedule and required you to spend time chasing updates.
Whilst these were isolated fulfilment issues rather than problems with the mirror itself, that doesn't lessen the inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your patience throughout. We'd also like to thank you for recognising Natasha's efforts in helping to bring everything to a successful conclusion.
We have reviewed what happened internally with both our warehouse and our delivery processes to reduce the likelihood of a similar situation occurring again. We know we fell short of the standard we aim to provide on this order, and we're sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

We're genuinely sorry that this was your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long without receiving your mirror.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we had to use a third-party specialist courier to deliver to Scotland. The courier requested that we supply the mirror unwrapped so it could be transported on the bespoke racking fitted inside their vehicles, which is standard operating procedure for large glass products. Despite this, the mirror was unfortunately damaged on each delivery attempt.
The vast majority of our mirrors are delivered successfully by our own trained drivers using our own specially equipped vehicles, and we rarely encounter these issues. When it became clear that the courier was unable to complete the delivery successfully, processed a full refund, and also offered to deliver the mirror ourselves to guarantee a successful delivery. We completely understand and respect your decision to decline after such a disappointing experience.
We're very sorry we couldn't provide the level of service we always strive to achieve and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us review how we handle deliveries to areas outside our own delivery network.

Poor e-mail communication & item delivered in the wrong size
I initially ordered a sample of a black tinted mirror that never arrived. I chased twice & didn't even get a response to my second chase!
The 1500mm x 1500mm mirror I ordered arrived & it was 1497mm x 1497mm & apparently it is in the 'small print' that Made2Measure are allowed to deliver an item the wrong size (within a certain 'tolerance') as long as they only get the item wrong by a few millimetres 🤷♂️
I'd had a frame made to fit a 1500mm2 square mirror so it had a gap. We tried a line of silicon but it looked rubbish so I just scrapped the mirror
A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE so please be aware that you are not guaranteed to get the size you order 🤷♂️

Up until this point, we've always been pleased to work with you and have regularly gone above and beyond to help. On previous orders we've expedited production to fit within our standard lead times where possible and have helped avoid additional delivery costs whenever we could. We always try to do everything we reasonably can for our customers, which is why we're particularly disappointed that this experience didn't meet your expectations.
Regarding the sample, our records show it was dispatched promptly and tracking details were provided. Unfortunately, the courier was unable to complete the delivery because a signature was required and the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. We do apologise that this wasn't resolved more smoothly.
With regard to the mirror dimensions, we completely understand why this was frustrating given you had already had a frame manufactured. However, the mirror measured 1497mm × 1497mm, which falls within the accepted manufacturing tolerance of -3mm / +1mm used throughout the glass and mirror industry. While we appreciate this didn't work for your particular application, the product was manufactured within specification rather than being incorrectly made.
We do take on board your comments about how clearly these tolerances are communicated. We will review how this information is presented to make it even more visible, helping customers who are manufacturing frames or fitting mirrors into very tight openings understand the importance of allowing for manufacturing tolerances before fabrication.
We're sorry that, despite our previous efforts to help with your orders, we weren't able to reach a satisfactory outcome on this occasion. We genuinely value your custom and hope this single experience won't overshadow the many successful orders we've supplied for you previously.

This company does exactly whats asked, with no fuss or bother, delivery is excellent. Their advice is always spot on. The prices are very reasonable for a brilliant overall service. They will always be my 1st choice for glass.
