My second purchase as so impressed the first time. As per last order I ordered 2 items as postage was same - it had gone up alittle in price for delivery but to be expected and nothing ridiculous so was happy - Plenty of choice on size style material etc delivered fast and safe - finished product just what I ordered and expected - looks great - I would highly recommend this company -

The large mirror ordered was great value and the website sets out amount of adhesive required which is helpful. Order arrived on time and driver was helpful. 2nd time I have ordered from this company and would do so again.

Ordered the glass, given a delivery date which was honoured with great delivery service. All was great.
One issue mainly down to my own lack of knowledge when ordering glass is a little bit of the 'Roller Wave' others have mentioned. We only see this on a side view but if I was ordering again I'd opt for a thicker glass than the 8mm we ordered to try to eliminate this. Price was great too. All in all a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Excellent web site, easy to design your glass balcony. You get a quote, submit the order and in our case, Ali Jenkins who created the CAD drawings within 24 hours got back to me with a couple of excellent questions and the offer to talk through the CAD drawings. Yes, I had forgotten to order an end cap and talking through the drawings was invaluable. Delivery was within the agreed window and the delivery driver was excellent.
Quality of product is excellent and I did compare many different suppliers, but Made2Measure had the best balance of price and customer reviews. Excellent customer service and delaying the delivery by a couple of days was not an issue. Thank you.

Great service from Chris H, and great glass for my stair balustrade

This is the second purchase. Procedure to select the product and tailor the order is straightforward. The delivery was delayed by 24 hours which meant I wouldn’t be available to receive. A quick call rescheduled for 3 weeks later-no fuss.
Delivery person was helpful and cheerful. Happy buying products from this company

Service and delivery was brilliant. Could’ve done with more info on the site delivery estimates and about when purchases need to be made by in order to receive them the next week.
