Ordered an £800 trampoline for one of…
Ordered an £800 trampoline for one of the boxes to be delivered covered in bird poo and ripped at one end.
I made contact with their customer service. They are refusing to replace the box or offer any form of partial refund stating that the contents won’t be damaged. Bird poo can be very dangerous but I’m expected to handle it and also dispose of the box.
I’m appalled that they are taking that stance. It’s absolutely revolting and I shouldn’t have to deal with it when buying a child’s trampoline

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the condition in which one of the boxes was delivered and completely understand how unpleasant this must have been.
To clarify, the bird droppings were limited to the outer packaging only, and after thoroughly reviewing the situation, we were confident that the trampoline itself was unaffected and safe to use. As an outdoor product, it is designed to endure environmental exposure, but we appreciate that receiving the package in that state was not acceptable.
We’ve already raised this issue with our warehouse and courier partners to ensure steps are taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We are sorry if our resolution did not meet your expectations and for any inconvenience caused.
Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our processes moving forward. If there’s anything further we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

What fantastic customer service from your sales team.They were so pleasant and helpful. I ordered a trampoline at 3.30 one day and they arranged for a next day delivery. It was delivered by 08.30. Well done.

Couldn't fault the madfun buying…
Couldn't fault the madfun buying experience however, the delivery experience was very different. Madfun made sure the package was with the delivery company on time but after a promised delivery of Monday or Tuesday, the item was not delivered until Thursday. Luckily, I had sent it to another address as waiting in all week was not an option for a working person.
The trampoline took two people around 3 hours to put up. We followed the instructions and didn't need to watch any other videos etc. It's sturdy and fits my space perfectly. So far, it's been a hit!

If they stop using DX Delivery to ship…
If they stop using DX Delivery to ship their products if give them 5 stars. Cant be a goof company and expect to get good reviews when you use the worst shipping company possible. Still havent recieved my item I ordered on next day delivery. They even state on their website, problems with delivery is down to the 3rd party company they use DX Delivery! Beware, if you actually want to recieve the items your purchase id reccommend looking else where!

High quality product but poor delivery.
High quality product but delivery was poor as boxes arrived damaged with part missing.
Customer service was however good when the issues were highlighted.

Bought a pool last year excellent service fast delivery
This year I needed a heater for the pool the guy on the phone was so helpful n polite made the order & again quick delivery

JumpPRO Trampoline Goal Medium
My son had the JumpPro Trampoline Goals. We have a 10ft round trampoline and they fitted perfectly. The instructions were clear to allow me to install with no problems. I couldn't get my son off the trampoline after installing. I would 100% recommend this item.
