Totally confused after entering my details and credit card at leisure depot, I then repeated it all again at caravan 2009!
I thought I must have been scammed what is going on.
Anyway the water pump arrived ok, rattling around in a box but it was not damaged.
Unfortunately it is not the same as my original one. I asked if I could return it but have not had a reply so far.

One week after ordering and paying for my 48 hr delivery I am still waiting. I waited in at a specified delivery time promised by the courier to be told later in the day that I have to be in again tomorrow.

After further misleading info from EVRI, Leisure Depot successfully sent replacement by Royal Mail 24hr Track.

Ordered brackets and paid more than other places as they offered 2-3 days delivery. After 2 weeks and no email replies I rang up. They said they would contact me to let me know. They didn't contact me so I rang them back days later to cancel and refund, and they said they would send directly from supplier. A week later still nothing and no tracking number. Phoned up and bloke couldn't understand why, but told me how to get refund and cancel the order. Straight after the phone call I ordered brackets from just campers which were £10 cheaper and came next day.

Still waiting for an email to return my items. Constant emails and calling . Still nothing.
Can't believe this is so difficult to return an item.
Even left messages on the store chat. Nothing
Finally got through and they said I would receive an email. 2 days still nothing still calling. This is painful.

I received the order as described and am very happy with the product, however it arrived a whole week later than originally promised, I know this is down to the courier, but sadly I will not knowingly order anything from companies who use Evri in the future as this has been a regular occurrence

I got what I ordered, it came quickly and at a good price, can't ask for more, thanks.

Paid extra for 24to48 hrs delivery a tiny part that would fit in an envelope, Evri lost the parcel! Contacted the company and very unpleasant woman first told me Evri were useless!! Great, I already knew that! Cancelled order and bought elsewhere.

Ordered an awning drive away kit, was delivered quickly and was exactly what was needed.

I needed a water pump urgently as I rent my van out.
I contacted them and asked for quick deliver.
Pleased to say item was delivered next day and I was able to fit it in time.

Goods delivered within time frame.

The item arrived in dreadful damaged packing which is open and am unsure if has been used! Makes it worse that it was a gift!

Very disappointed, on 9th July I ordered a Fiamma front panel for a privacy room stating I required it for 15th July. I paid the fee to have it delivered in 48 hrs. I rang them first thing on 10th July to confirm the order. I’ve since emailed them twice with no response & it’s the 15th July and we are heading away without the panel & therefore will not be able to close up the privacy room where our dogs will be sleeping & we will be unable to sleep with the van door open in this heat. So much for Customer Service.

Do not buy from this company they take your money but dont send out the item.
They have no communication skills.
Still trying to get my money back.

Awful. Bought what I thought was an awning after speaking to them on the phone. They’d sent me an annexe attachment for an awning. Then sent me a returns label which was too small for Royal Mail to accept. After paying a courier out of my own pocket to return it on the 9/7/26, I’m STILL waiting on a refund being issued. Total and utter joke of a company.
