Please AVOID Stan T at all cost - what a bully!

He unnecessarily pressurised me in closing on my purchase and caused me immense anxiety for 2 weeks non-stop. Harrassing me and my solicitors on “updates” and being extremely pushy, when I was still trying to investigate a bathroom issue that didnt sit well with me.

Im sorry but if I am to invest nearly half a million on a property, I should have some time to be fully comfortable with the house! He threatened to remarket the property if I didnt close by Friday (which was the last business day of that month) instead of me closing on the following monday (so literally 3 days after) for no apparently reason!

He accused me of playing “delaying tactics” and on multiple occasions said to my partner’s face that I didnt even have the money and I was wasting everyone’s time. He knows for a fact that I had to provide evidence of my savings and mortgage in principle to Madison Brooks before my offer was accepted so that accusation was completely untrue and uncalled for.
If I could I would honestly provide email evidence of this to show how despicable he was in that situation.

On the other hand, Valentina was a star and an absolute gem. I was dealing with her up until 90% of the process and she was very helpful and accommodating throughout

Sherry Wilson has been so helpful. She has helped me to sort out bills with my tenant who ended contract early. She has took the problem with council tax and electricity out of my hands and sorted them for me. Always professional and keen to help. 5*

I am a relatively new landlord with one property and I chose Madison Brook on the recommendation of a friend who has several properties. From the very start they have been incredibly helpful and guided me through the complexities of being a landlord in central London. A particular shout out for Callum Moloney-Joyce who rewrites your pre-conceptions on estate agents - an all round star and everlastingly patient with my questions. And importantly, he's not been great for me but also for my tenants. Highly recommended!

Callum Moloney-Joyce took over the management of our property within the first year of our tenancy. He is always delightful to talk to on the phone and super compassionate when it comes to issues experienced in our flat. I've been a tenant with a Madison Brook property for nearly 2 years now, and have always appreciated the prompt response and support provided in times of need. Specifically, our property manager Callum Moloney-Joyce has been super helpful in escalating and resolving pressing issues in time and with efficiency.

In all honesty, things started out a bit rough with Madison Brooke. We had an issue with the state of the property was left in by the previous tenants and our first account manager with MB made it very clear they really didn’t care. However, in the past few months we’ve been working with Sherry who has been extremely helpful, understanding, and supportive. She’s really changed our relationship with MB and I am very appreciative!

Excellent & timely service and actions by one of the Senior Portfolio Managers - Sherry Wilson. Recently there have been a few items to fix, replace & repair in my property. Sherry advised me of these and was proactive in preparing and forwarding options for resolution. This helped me make decisions and close out the matters with the tenants. Thank-you Sherry for the work you did to find timely resolution of the issues. Would highly recommend Sherry to be your preferred property manager.

Madison Brook has been managing my property since 2017, renting out my property, and solving all issues that I or the tenant might come across during these 8 years. Fantastic service from my property manager Sherry, we were worried about our landlord not renewing our tenancy with us. We really wanted to stay because we love living here, but Sherry kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was very comforting. We’ve now had our renewal approved and we are overjoyed that we get to stay in our lovely home. Thank you Sherry!

We renovated our contract with Madison Brook and the process and communication was really easy and smooth.
In the past two years we have encountered few small problem into the property but the last out with the leaching was managed fabolusly and promptly by our contact Callum.
