CHEAP

The product is a great idea. However, the build quality is horrible. I bought a classic Magbak for iPhone 16 pro max in Sept 2025. We are in April 2026 and the cover is falling apart. The color is peeling, and the bezel around the screen area is also coming off. Not built to last at all. I take care of my phones. This case was great when I had the iPhone 14 Pro Max. That’s why I came back. But the build quality is super cheap at best.

The Samsung 25 & 24 ultra cases both…

The Samsung 25 & 24 ultra cases both had major failure points on the buttons. I've had the case replaced 3 times total. For the price I would expect better craftsmanship. Luckily the super was kind enough to replace the case without hassle.

Broke after 12 months, now stuck in a loop with an AI Customer Service bot

The MAGBAK Tesla charger initially feels like a premium product, but the build quality of the integrated USB-C cable is a significant weak point; mine separated after a year of careful use, rendering the expensive unit useless. While the hardware design is solid and many likely have positive experiences, the real issue begins when you need support, as I found myself trapped in a discrepancy between their advertised 12-month warranty and a representative claiming it was only six. I am currently stuck in an infuriating loop where I am at the mercy of an AI chatbot that is itself at the mercy of delayed USPS tracking, with no way to speak to a human being while the company holds my money for a replacement that hasn't arrived. It is incredibly discouraging to deal with a company that hides behind automated systems and refuses to provide human intervention even when a package is clearly lost just miles from their warehouse.

Tesla charger and screen protector

I ordered the Tesla charger and screen protector for my IPhone 16. The charger works great and is something I should have ordered sooner! I did have an issue with the screen protector not installing correctly. I contacted MagBak and they sent me a new one...no questions asked. This one works great!! Love the products and the customer service!! That is what brings new customers and keeps current ones coming back.

MagBak Elite for iPhone Air

Purchased the MagBak Elite for an iPhone Air. The case is really well made and all buttons function as they should. It feels smooth to touch but grips well and stays in your hand.
The kickstand works well and stays in place.
Not quite sure if the finger loop is necessary and how much demand there is for it. I did have a problem with the retaining clip for the finger loop. I contacted support who shipped out a replacement case by FedEx in under a week and I am based in the UK !
I think maybe a design review later to remove the finger loop and put the kick stand there instead with maybe a rotation option to adjust the height and angle of the phone.

Best phone case ever

My friend introduced me to this company. I immediately ordered myself a case. Loved it. When I upgraded my phone, my first thought was to make sure the company had a case for my phone first. Again, loved the product.

To make things even better, my 2nd case somehow broke on the side. I emailed the support team and sent them a picture of the broken case. Other than requesting confirmation of my original order, a picture, and my my address, no questions asked, they sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service.

Without a doubt, a top quality product, amazing quality customer, an incredible company. 120% recommend to anyone. I would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible.

My one small gripe is that it seems like some newer cases are removing things like the pinky pillow and some colors have been removed. I would recommend not removing any past features as these are some of the features that I love and make me want to keep coming back. Maybe explicitly give the options for these?

Magbak stands behind their product

I bought my first Magbak case for an iPhone 7+ in 2017. Ever since then when I update to a new phone I immediately get a new Magbak case. Mandatory. I’m on my 5th. I bought my latest case in December 2024. 15 months later on April 1, 2026 the seams on the case started to separate. First problem I’ve had on any case all these years. I contacted Magbak support, and sent a pic of the problem. Within 24 hours they sent me a note that my replacement case was on the way. How cool is that?! I was already a customer for life, now I’m hoping my experience convinces someone to give this company a shot, maybe the next lifetime customer. Thanks Magbak making an awesome case and being an awesome company!

Great Product & Amazing Customer Service

I've been purchasing MagBak phone covers for most of my iPhones, and they've always provided the protection I need. Unfortunately, the finger strap often breaks off of each one and requires replacing. That said, MagBak has always been wonderful at sending me replacements at no charge, so despite the initial frustration, the issues are always resolved. The loop on my Magbak Elite case broke…

The loop on my Magbak Elite case broke after a month of use. I reached out to cs and they replaced it without question! That was some amazing customer service. Speaking to the product itself, I love the magnets. I work in IT and it’s actually quite useful to stick this on to a server rack while I’m working.
