Purchased a Magbak Tesla Phone Mount

Purchased a Magbak Tesla Phone Mount. The quality of the product was poor - within 7 months of use it was splitting apart in the middle. Also, the adhesive stopped sticking so that everytime I attached my iPhone, it fell off. I contacted Customer Service and they only offered to sell me another product. Ridiculous.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Had query and replied in 5 minutes . Cases are superior to anything else without exception. Brilliant design and clearly much thought gone in to them. Great value too .

$65 for a phone case!! WORTH IT!!

$65 for a phone case!!! Totally worth it!! I decided to make the commitment to the Samsung S24 ultra when I purchased a MagBak case. I normally swap cases frequently and change phones annually. Of all cases I have used this is the last one. No need to change unless I change phones. I have been using the same case since January 2025. It has taken some spills and my phone has remained blemish free. Recently I dropped the phone with the kickstand out. The kickstand broke. I inquired on a replacement and was willing to pay for the part. Magbak responded, asked a few questions, verified that I was outside my warrenty, and then shipped out a replacement. Imagine my surprise when I received a new case. Magbak did not have to replace my case but they did and got a customer for life. It also helps that the magnetic function of this case is the best I have experienced. The magnetic feature is the sole reason I purchased the case. I slap the phone on lift post, tool boxes, refrigerator, the fender of my car so I can watch YouTube explain what I missed when assembling a drum break because it had been 10 years and I can't remember... you get the point.
Keep up the good work. I'll buy another case for my dedicated Bluetooth airride controller.

A must-have for all Tesla owners

One of the most practical and thoughtfully designed product for Tesla owners! In fact the after sales service is top notch too. I had an issue with the adhesive tape which resulted in my magbak falling out 4 months after using the product. The after sales team was kind enough to send me replacement tapes at no cost all the way from the US to Singapore! I highly recommend this product to all Tesla owners!

Great case, great service

I've bought 2 cases from MagBak, and after my second one developed a Crack after months of use, I contacted them and they quickly shipped me a replacement free of charge! I'm not buying a case anywhere else.

Broken Finger Loop - Great Customer Service

I purchased the MagSafe case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Within less than 60 days, the rubber finger loop on the back of the case broke. I messaged the team, and within 48 hours, Mr. Josh Lopez from the customer support team responded, informing me that I should see an invoice for the expedited shipping fee within 24-48 hours. I received the expedited shipping email within 24 hours of that. I really appreciate the team honoring the warranty and sending me the replacement for my product. I just hope the new one holds up too!

Reliable International Support!

I had a minor issue with my case, but the MagBak team handled it perfectly. Even for a customer in Japan, their warranty and communication were outstanding.

Cord has a short in it

Cord has a short in it. I’m stuck in an email loop with AI asking the same stupid questions repeatedly like did I reboot my phone? Do I have the latest software update.? I’m pretty sure software updates. Don’t have anything to do with something having a short and the charging cord does. Anyway buyer beware.

I am very happy with my purchase

I am very happy with my purchase. I bought the MagBak for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I love that I was able to customize the color inserts and buttons. Protection of the phone, especially the camera lenses, was what I was looking for. My only issue is that the how to videos were on a similar phone and not my specific model that led to a little confusion. I like the feel of the case and really love the pinky pillow.

Once again the MagBak support team…

Once again the MagBak support team shines through!

Being a dad of 2 boys is a harsh environment for the Elite Grip Case for S25 Ultra, so over time, the case has come apart from itself.

Instead of (Like many other suppliers and companies) directing me to buy a new case, they offered me a brand new case!

Once again, MagBak shows what quality product is and how to take care of their consumers.

Pricy for a reason

Magbak has an expensive price tag. But that’s for a reason. It’s a do all case. I love both of mine.
