The support team is excellent, always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to solve issues quickly. Their assistance has been key in keeping our projects running smoothly. Excellent tool for fast, branded page building
We’ve been using Magezon Page Builder for over five years, and it remains an important part of our workflow. The biggest benefit has been the significant reduction in page-building time, allowing us to move from ideas to launch much faster.
We also rely on its ability to ensure consistent styling across multiple stores by easily integrating our own custom CSS. It’s a great balance of 'drag-and-drop' ease and developer-level control.
On the rare occasions we’ve encountered an issue, the customer service team has been prompt and helpful.

we use form builder and have had a lot…
we use form builder and have had a lot of problems after we updated our magenzo from 2.4.6 to 2.4.8 where for example the date field does not work and several things. unfortunately we had to buy access to get the problem fixed even though it should be in the update. We paid and after 6 to 8 times support where Magenzon tried different measures it seems that it now works.

Very happy with Magezon
Magezon has a couple of great extension and I would say they are very close to 5 stars some of their extensions just has a few small things that need updating but nothing major. I have been using several of their extensions for a couple of years and they are all fantastic. The support they offer is also very good. Would definetely recommend Magezon extensions.

I cannot recommend them enough!
We’ve been using Magezon across several Magento builds and the experience has been consistently positive. The extensions are well built, flexible, and give us strong control over page layouts without relying heavily on developer time. This has significantly improved our workflow and allowed our marketing team to deploy landing pages, campaigns, and content updates much faster.
The user interface is intuitive and practical for non-technical users, which is a major advantage in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Performance has been stable, and the flexibility of the modules allows us to tailor solutions to different client needs.
Support has been excellent throughout. The Magezon team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when resolving technical queries or edge-case conflicts. Communication is clear and turnaround times are impressive.
Because of the reliability of the products and the consistently positive experience with the team, we chose to become Magezon partners. The partnership process has been smooth, and the staff have been professional, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!

Good support and business model
So, we've worked with the team behind Magezon on many projects and their extensions have not let us down so far.
On the rare occasion where we are experiencing some issue, they have always been very quick to respond and fix it.
And importantly, they haven't moved to a subscription based model, unlike the vast majority of module providers.

Reliable, Easy to Set up 'Back to Top' button
I'm happy to recommend Scrolly again after having it installed on my website for a few years now. Don't hesitate to try it. It's easy to set up and customize with any colours you like and there's a good range of well-designed icons to choose from, so it's always easy to see on any page you install it. It may sound silly but I actually love seeing mine! A simple white arrow on a purple circle that changes to blue on hover! :) So good!

We have been using their form builder for a couple years now and I'd say it is one of the best most customizable form builders for Magento stores there is. They have great customer service when issues arise and are very knowledgeable. I recommend Magezon's products to anyone.

All too often, third party plugins can be a minefield, but, refreshingly, not with Magezon.
Clear installation instructions and outstanding technical support made the whole experience striahgforward and stress free.
Other development houses would do well to treat customers like this.

John from Magezon is not only a very experienced developer, but also the most patient person I've worked with in the constructing of my new website. He gladly accepted many modification requests along the way to creating my product page pdf design. He always had a great attitude and willingness to help me get the final design exactly as I wanted.
