We've used several of Magezon's modules…

We've used several of Magezon's modules over the years and all have worked flawlessly. What's more is
that whenever they haven't (always due to "pilot error") they've super responsive and helpful with support. Additionally, a few times when we've needed customization they were quick to jump in and help. Support IS Awesome!!!

Empty promises, no updates ever came!

Do not believe David, the CEO. He makes promises about updates that will be coming, but they never came. Waiting for years for pagebuilder update.... Gives excuses about delays, all non-reasons.. the update never came, no new functions as they promised. Just a barely working product. It's oke i guess. But they are not honest. So do not expect too much from them...

New Social Media Icons

We contacted Magezon as we needed the Twitter icon to be displayed as X, and we needed to be able render the TikTok and the BlueSky icons too. Within 26 hours the new files had been sent with which to update our websites. Very quick and helpful response. Great experience.

30 days money back is not what you would expect

We bought a module here with the idea that if it is not what we expected, we had 30 days to get our money back. Unfortunately, the module did not work properly right from the start. We reported this but it took a few days before we got a response. In the meantime, we decided to go for another solution and ask for our money back for the module. Magezon then refers to the conditions for the refund. This states that they must first have had the opportunity to solve the problem. This is not what you expect from a money back guarantee. The communication about this is difficult and very slow.
