Will never book with magic breaks again. I booked and paid a deposit on a room , (room at request) to receive an email to state that the room was available but it would be an extra £1000 to what I have already paid. No where does it state on the booking that the price would change. To then be going through complaints to be told there is nothing you can do on the price and there isn’t a room available for me to book now anyway. Utterly disgusting customer service - not once was my initial complaint even addressed as to why you continue to advertise that room at that price when it isn’t. The manager at customer service seemed to be happy I asked for a refund. To keep saying you Understand my frustration isn’t any solution to the problem. You falsely advertise a price to entice people to book then up the price afterwards- appalling.

I used magic breaks for my previous booking to Disney and had no issues what so ever , but now will book elsewhere.

I had booked for the cost of 3000 something pound on the website (room upon request of availability) it said nothing about the price changing atall when booking yet I get a call saying the price of the room is an extra 600!

Please do not book with magic breaks. I made a booking on the 2nd for Disneyland Paris, noticed that my booking appeared incorrect when given my holiday breakdown. Attempted to contact multiple times but no response and asked to cancel as a result of this customer service, and they have withheld my deposit when the website says can cancel for free. Absolutely shocking customer service I would actively encourage people not to book with this company

Booked a trip to Disneyland Paris and have been trying to contact them to make an amendment but seems there is no way to do so. WhatsApp been ignored for a week, never an agent on webchat and phonecall puts you to a voicemail and then cuts you off. Makes me very nervous should we have any problems that need urgent assistance. Will be looking to cancel and rebook direct if I can actually ever get through to anyone!

It was really quick and easy to make a last minute booking to Disneyland Paris and Les Villages Nature! With it being so short-notice, we had to speak with the experts and Rhiannon B helped.
Within 30 minutes the whole trip was booked and confirmed, and we're so excited! Thanks Rhiannon, the customer service received was excellent, clear and made booking really simple.

Always a great experience with Magic Breaks. Second time booking and would not hesitate to use again or recommend. Advisor got in touch very quickly after our last trip and was super helpful in securing a great price for our next trip when deals have become available. Easy booking process and great customer service. I booked Disney land Paris. Got a email the next day saying the hotel had increased by over £800 and if I wanted to proceed! No thanks! Felt like it was a con.

We bought a package deal to DLP and MB were on the ball and responsive when asking for quotes etc. We booked it online, paid in full and once processed an error message came up saying that they couldn't confirm part of the booking despite taking the money. The only team available to talk to were the Sales team and they didn't deal with after sales. Naturally, I was panicking a bit because a chunk of money had been taken and there was an issue, added with the fact I'd never used them before. The following morning, they confirmed everything but no explanation at any stage why there was an error. I then, a few days later, enquired about upgrading for an extra day at the parks, I had to chase several times, again the team that were responsive were a different team and unable to help. I feel as if they prioritise the pre-sales customers and leave those that have already booked, hanging. This signals they are purely money oriented. A professional business looks at providing the best customer service from beginning to end. I'm doubtful I will use them again, despite the holiday itself being seamless with things within their control.

This is my third time of booking through MagicBreaks and I would do so again.

Every booking I’ve had queries or changed and someone has always been there to help me with no issues.

The latest trip I have dealt with a lady called Cheryl who has been absolutely fantastic and made the process so smooth.

Was easy to navigate website when booking, Carrie who i spoke to gave me great offers and options I did end up booking online but only due to having blue light discount through the website.
