Absolute 5* service
From the first phone call to having the work done took less than 48hrs. The service was exceptional. The workman turned up in time, did an amazing job on my quartz worktop, you would never know that there was a chunk missing. These guys were recommended to me.

Scammers. They are not what you call a magic man. They are just some guys that are coming with some spray around, spraying paint all over the place and making more damages than before.
Stay away, unless you want to regret it and lose money.

Our technician attended and carried out the works to an acceptable standard. We follow the NHBC guidelines in regards to our finishes. Our technician did note that the repairs were being inspected by torch light up close and he was asked to remove 4x of his repairs as your site manager touched them up with his own pen. There was also no permanent lighting on site, despite yourself confirming there was. Unfortunately the works were signed off as acceptable.

Completely invisible quartz chip repair
It was very easy to set up an appointment within a couple of days. The whole on-line quotation/payment system worked super smoothly. Our “magicman” Matchek arrived as expected, was so polite and courteous and did a truly amazing chip repair on our kitchen quartz worktop. You can’t see where it was repaired at all.

Great communication from Magicman
Great communication from Magicman, at all stages of the process. Very clear with their invoice and billing process, too. It did seem strange to pay up front, but I understand why. I’m really sorry I can’t remember the technician’s name but he was an artist! He was a perfectionist and actually removed the first two attempts at fixing the problem. So grateful for his skill, as the worktop was a mess and very tricky to fix. Thank you!

Repairs to various surfaces on a recent job
To be fair the clue is in the name, repairs to scratches/ holes/ gouges etc to finishes/ in various materials become nigh on impossible to see with the naked eye in our experience.

An eye for detail and a patient, helpful service
The technician who visited us had an eye for detail. He went beyond the obvious marks, dents and scratches that we had noticed, and found other smaller blemishes which would have been visible in brighter light. He took his time and was very helpful in recommending how the door and window surrounds should be cleaned in future - taking care to avoid all abrasive cleaning liquids and pads. The whole process was carried out with great good humour, and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to call on Magicman again in the future.
