Quick set up
Easy to apply for Home Insurance and set up payment this was really efficient.
I obviously have not made a claim or talked to anyone yet (hopefully won’t have to) so this review is purely on my getting a quote. It was also reasonably priced.

Thank you for your review. As we don't have a facility to arrange a monthly finance option in house, we do use Close Brothers for the arrangement, as many other insurance brokers do as well. If you ever have any issues with Close Brothers, let us know and we'll assist anyway that we can.

Had not realised that Magnet provided…
Had not realised that Magnet provided Home Insurance until I got a quote via a compare site. I was impressed not only with the quote but also the customer service - makes such a change to get through almost immediately.

Just taken out a new Buildings and Contents policy as my other previous one (Sainsbury's) had increased by £170 (and not made any claims) The process was easy but locked myself out of the on line portal. So called and spoke to a very nice young lady, who was easy to understand and very helpful. e mailed me all the documents. How refreshing. But no one knows how good an insurer is until you make a claim, so fingers crossed we don't have to!
