The experience was personal and professional,I tried on line but there where issues due to small building work , so I contacted the help line and the wonderful lady explained the issue , but found myself a policy ,after taking my details and reconnecting with me .

Renewing was quick and simple. Speedy email confirmation. No hassle. Thank you.

The boys were very pleasant and helpful…. Took time to explain things and answer questions. I never felt pressured…. Even though it was 5 pm on a Friday afternoon! I made an alteration to my policy and they were very understanding, even though it made them a little more work. They also agreed to send my paperwork by post when it was amended… this is extremely important to those of us who are not very technically minded…. I can lose emails too easily; paper I can file and study at my leisure!
Just waiting for my partial refund and my new policy now, and then I can leave the boys in peace until next year!
