Poor delivery
Placed advanced order and paid for express delivery (1-2 days). Magazine finally arrived 3 weeks after despatch after I had chased multiple times with them.
Was promised refund of delivery charge which has never materialised

Timely Delivery
Wasn't sure that I would get my Tour de France magazine in time for the tour since it was shipping from Great Britain. It arrived with 2 1/2 weeks to spare!

Fast delivery was not fulfilled and you have not refunded the extra I paid
I paid for fast delivery which your courier did not fulfill. I have requested a refund of the extra I paid for delivery through your contact service but you have not actioned it. It's unacceptable that I paid for a service which I did not receive.
Updated 17/06. My postage has now been refunded. So a little delayed but happy with the outcome. This now merits an increased rating from 1 to 3. It's a shame when courier choice affects reputation. I recommend Royal Mail as a 100% reliable courier.

The Tour de France guide is our bible as we watch the race each year, but is no longer available for purchase at American bookstores. I was able to order with ease, it came quickly, and arrived in great condition. Perfect.

Its way better than newsstand they rip you off, mag-direct gove fair retail prices and thats why I use them, you cam subscribe get a magazine of your choice of genre each month when it releases, its amazing genuinely try it out. Don't Buy on ebay like I used to do they have magazines from furtherback. AAA+ Site Word Needs Spreading About Them
