MAH Inspections Ltd Opiniões

Mark did a detailed inspection of our new built house. I would recommend his service to others.

I was very impressed with how thorough the inspector was. He removed all of the panels in the new kitchen which highlighted several issues. He found 59 issues altogether. I would not have been able to come up with that list. He was there for a lot longer than I thought. I only have a 1 bed new build flat in birmingham. I would thoroughly reccomend this company to carry out your snagging inspection.

We are new to the country and was unfamiliar with the building standard in the UK, basically this is our first house in a foreign land.
Our snagger, Mark, has many years of experience in the building industry, he was very detail in his inspection and also gave us clear explantation on anything we have an interest in.
We received a very detail report in just two days, we forwarded the report to our developer and the remendial work started immediately.
We are very grateful for having Mark to inspect our house as there are critical issue that only the professional will discovered. Worth every penny!!

My son moved into his new-build home in February 2025 and although he wasn't aware of any particular problems, we decided it would be worth having a professional snagging inspection before the two-year warranty period expired.

Well, what an eye-opener!! 😳 90 issues identified, including some quite significant ones that we would never have known about!

Mark from MAH Inspections was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took his time inspecting the property, explaining things as he went along and clearly takes great pride in what he does.

The report was extremely detailed, with photographs and clear explanations of each issue, making it easy to understand and present to the developer.

Communication with Cheryl in the office has also been excellent throughout. Friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish.

We're SO pleased we decided to have the inspection done. It's given us peace of mind knowing that these issues have been identified while the property is still within its initial warranty period.

If you've bought a new-build property, I really cannot recommend MAH Inspections highly enough. Don't assume that because everything looks fine, it is!

Without doubt, money VERY well spent!

A huge thank you to Mark and Cheryl for such a fantastic service! 👏🏼

I highly recommend MAH Inspections for the peace of mind when purchasing a new build home. Communication was excellent all the way through from making an enquiry to receiving the report. Particular thanks to Cheryl for accommodating us when our completion date was earlier than expected. I found Mark to be polite, friendly, tidy and thorough during the inspection. The inspection found snags that we would not have been able to pick up for ourselves, and as a result we were able to raise these with our builder at an early stage.

Mark was a really thorough and efficient. He was a pleasure to have at the house and showed a clear understanding of the regulations and what was required based on our warranty. We were extremely impressed with this service and would recommend.

Mark was timely, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him. He found 153 issues in our home which we are in the process of sorting out with the builder.

Had a snagging inspection done on our new-build home and was really impressed with the service. The inspection was thorough, and the report was clear, detailed, and easy to follow, with photos highlighting all the issues found. It gave us confidence when raising the snags with the developer. Definitely worth the investment and highly recommended.

Highly impressed with the snagging inspection service.
From booking through to the final report, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The inspector was extremely thorough and picked up issues we would never have spotted ourselves.
The report was clear, well‑structured and invaluable when speaking to the builder.
If you’re purchasing a new‑build property, this service is worth every penny — reliable, friendly and genuinely helpful.

We had a fantastic experience with MAH Inspection for the snagging service on our new home. From my initial email enquiry to receiving the final report, the entire process was seamless, thanks to Mark and Cheryl.

On the day, Mark arrived slightly early and had already started inspecting the exterior before our scheduled time. He gave us a clear overview of how he would conduct the check, and then we let him work his magic. He kept us updated throughout his six-hour inspection. Before leaving, he walked us through the critical issues to raise with our developer and assured us the report would arrive that evening. True to their word, we received the report right on schedule.

Mark is friendly, extremely professional, and clearly takes immense pride in his work.

Cheryl in administration was exceptional—she seemed to be online constantly, replying to emails swiftly and providing all the necessary information to prepare us for the inspection.

We highly recommend MAH Inspection to any new homebuyer!

Mark was incredibly thorough and spent the entire day carefully documenting any issues.

He was friendly, considerate, and very detail-oriented.

The booking process was also excellent, with prompt responses and great flexibility in accommodating changes to our completion date.

Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Mark was very thorough and spent hours looking into every detail inside and outside of the home. The detailed, picture annotated report arrived very swiftly the same evening.
I was unsure before whether to have a snagging inspection, however I feel it was definitely worth it.

I am very glad we chose to use this company. I found them on a google search and emailed my enquiry. Cheryl emailed me back and also gave me a courtesy call. She thoroughly answered my questions and I ended up booking a post completion inspection for our new build property .

Mark arrived very promptly on the day of inspection and was very thorough. He has decades of experience and is very knowledgeable. His inspection picked up things we would have otherwise missed which our developer is now rectifying. The weather was too warm to complete the thermal imaging but we have been advised that he will return when the weather is more amenable.

I highly recommend this company and will be glad to use them in the future if the need arises.

Special thanks to Mark for helping with the home inspection this time. He meticulously checked every single detail of the property, proving himself to be a diligent, clear, and professional inspector. Also, Cheryl from the office handled ordering, customer inquiries, and the entire process with great speed and efficiency. I highly recommend MAH Inspection Ltd 👍

So glad we chose MAH inspections, Mark arrived promptly and talked us through the process of the inspection. He spent just over 7 hours going through our property and picked up over 190 snags.
At the end of the inspection Mark informed us of some serious snags that we would never of known, we received our full report by the evening and forwarded it onto the builders head office.

Thanks mark 5 stars isn’t enough you deserve more.

Mark and Cheryl are incredibly accommodating, supportive and transparent with how their survey service works. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Professional and hassle-free communication. Strongly recommend.

Mark visited our new property exactly on time as scheduled and carried out a thorough and detailed examination of the whole property. We’re so glad we decided to use his services, as he picked up on a number of faults that we would never have noticed ourselves.
Mark was extremely professional, tidy and knowledgeable throughout the inspection. He also kept us updated during the day and explained what he was checking and why, which gave us great confidence in his work.
We would highly recommend Mark to anyone buying a new-build property. His attention to detail was fantastic, and the inspection was definitely money well spent. Thank you, Mark! Regards Simon

Very friendly, responsive to emails and very detailed inspection, received the report the same day. Thank you

I didn’t really know what to expect as I’ve never had a snagging appointment before. The service from start to finish has been amazing. The lovely professional gentleman respected my home and the fact I had kids and a cat that couldn’t go outside. He was extremely helpful and assured me that they’re with us every step of the way. I’ve already recommended them to our neighbour! Highly recommend and thank you so much!
