MAH Inspections Ltd Opiniões

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. Mark explained the full process and was extremely professional and friendly. Report back same day with all defects listed. So pleased we used this company. Would highly recommend. Thank you😁

Mark arrived at our new house at 8am and completed his snagging by 15.30, a full report with photos and explanation arrived in my email about 1 hour later.
Mark was very thorough and meticulous while working from room to room. He kept us well informed of what he was doing. We are so pleased to have asked for his service, as he came across issues we hadn't seen. Even though the issues were mainly cosmetic Mark gave us piece of mind that our home was well built and the snags he found were minor and fixable. The detailed report was email to our site manager, who straight away started to arrange for the tradesmen and women to make good of Mark's findings.
I can't thank him enough for his professional service. He was truly worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

This was really worthwhile and very comprehensive survey.
Mark worked really hard to make sure nothing was missed.
It gives you great leverage when getting snaggs fixed correctly.
From appointment to final report everthing was 100% proffesional and speedy. Book early to make sure you get a chance to use this excellent service. Many Thanks.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Mark was wonderful professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and very approachable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident throughout the process.
From the very beginning, Cheryl's emails were clear, friendly, and easy to follow. She explained everything step by step, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Mark and Cheryl to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable team. Thank you both for making everything so easy!

Mark who carried out our inspection was amazing. He picked up so many snags which I wouldn't have noticed or had the knowledge around. The survey sent is so easy to follow. Cannot recommend enough!

Brilliant experience with MAH Inspections. The booking process was simple, and the inspector(Mark) was extremely thorough. They picked up on all the minor issues and a few hidden ones we didn't know about. The detailed report gave us exactly what we needed to get our developer to fix the issues. Highly recommended especially Mark!

Highly recommend! An essential service when buying a new build!

I’m so glad I chose MAH inspections. Mark did a thorough inspection and I received the report in a very short time. Cheryl kept me informed and was help to help me out when I had issues preventing me from sending the report on to the builder. Would recommend.

Would highly recommend MAH Inspections, Mark arrived on time and instantly put me and my partner at ease by fully explaining the process of the checks that would be conducted. Mark was very thorough in all the checks and highlighted key areas which need addresseing by the developer. We also received our report the same day which made it much easier to get this straight to the developer and raise the snags that had been found.

Thankyou Mark and the team for your help 🙏

We were the first time buyers, and were not aware of potential issues. We hired Mah inspection based on review by other people in the area. We found Mah inspections really helpful and thorough. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Mah Inspections.

Everything about this company has been fantastic from start to finish.
Getting in contact with Cheryl initially, she was so accommodating with us changing dates when completion was moving around. She was super clear about the process and timely in her responses.
On the day of inspection, Mark was prompt at the property and answered any questions we had with thoughtful and detailed responses. He was extremely thorough with the snags, and put our mind at ease when concerned about things we had seen online about structural snagging.
Mark and Cheryl sent the report on the same day. The report was complimented by the site manager of how organised and comprehensive it was. The layout of the report was easy to understand by both professionals and homeowners.
Due to it being a hot day, Mark couldn’t complete a thermal inspection, but assured us he would come back to complete this when the weather allowed, so nothing was missed.
Overall, Cheryl and Mark were super friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Their 5* rating is very well deserved!

Mark arrived and was extremely professional throughout the inspection. He was very clear about what he was doing. The inspection took a couple of hours and th report I received was very detailed and clear. I would thoroughly recommend MAH and would have no hesitation in using them again.

We had a great experience with MAH Inspections. Cheryl was great at communicating and helping us to get our inspection booked in quickly and with ease. Mark came to do the inspection on our new build today and we definitely cannot fault him. We are first time buyers and felt a fair bit of pressure to make sure we reported all of our snags within 10 working days of completion. We wouldn't have picked up on half of the things Mark picked up on and he was fantastic at explaining everything to us. We feel it was 110% worthwhile to book this snagging inspection and we feel so much more relaxed knowing that such a knowledgeable and professional person has completed this report for us. Thank you!

I had a great experience. The booking process for easy and flexible. The person was competent and explained well the NHBC regulations. I highly recommend him.

Mark arrived on time for my new home inspection. He took me through the inspection process vs. The Premier Guarantee criteria. His inspection was very thorough and a report was issued by later that evening, which is in a format that the developer Davidsons Homes acknowledge.

Amazing service from Mark! He explained everything at the start and took his time to check every little detail. Also, explained what needs to be changed. As a first time buyer these are crucial advice that we needed.

I received the detailed report on the same day. I highly recommend MAH Inspections!

Very detailed home inspection and found more then 100 items more then me. Would recommend them

Very thorough, detailed report provided.
Amazing support when explaining urgency of issue with building company.
All in all a pleasure to do business with, will happily recommend services.

Mark has done a brilliant job. He's very friendly and explained a lot of stuff to us that we should be aware of with the warranty. Highly professional and recommended.

The service was amazing from start to finish. From the moment I requested a quote, I was contacted immediately and booked in straight away. Mark was punctual and carried out a very detailed inspection. Even the site manager mentioned that he was on-site all day thoroughly checking everything.

The report is incredibly helpful and highlighted numerous issues that Barratt will need to fix. I would 100% recommend this service. Thanks!
