the parcel has not arrived
The order was delivered but 2 weeks late after contact with Mariana Ltd. This seems to have been due to poor delivery services but still resulted in the parcel not arriving on time.

After investigation into this matter we came to the conclusion that the address provided by yourself was incorrect, This resulted in your order being delayed and returned to us after some time.
We contacted you in regard to this issue and we eventually managed to get the correct address from yourself to send your order and it was delivered the next day.
It's important that any order placed online has the correct information (address) provided to send your order to.
We are glad that the issue was resolved.

Taking service & environment seriously
The items, which are difficult to find locally, were delivered in a reasonable time to a relatively remote location.
They were securely packed, in ample recyclable packaging. It was good to receive an item from a company that takes environmental issues seriously.
