There really is NO other bridesmaid dress provider I would recommend. From start to finish the process was just perfect, booking an appointment was easy, the appointment itself was so much fun and the girls on the day felt amazing. The variety of styles really do mean there is something for anyone and everyone. My girls felt so comfortable and looked so beautiful, we had so many compliments on their dresses.

I have a wedding next year as a guest and I know I’ll be back to select a dress from here as it will fit the style perfectly!!

Don’t buy online and highstreet. Go and have the experience of a proper shop otherwise you’ll miss out!!

We had a lovely appointment at the Fulham Road store. My daughter tried on dresses and chose the perfect colour for her wedding in June 2027. We’re looking forward to returning with her bridesmaids in December. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.

I ordered the clemmie dress in sage green and the overall quality is really good. The satin falls beautifully, and it was packaged and posted promptly. The only thing I would say is that this dress is meant to be bra friendly, and although you could technically wear a bra with it, the straps kept showing which was annoying, even though I had used the bra clips on the inside of the dress. I ended up just having to use body tape to keep the shoulders of the dress up. Also, I really like the elasticated back, as it meant that there was a bit more movement. Definitely size up though, as the sizes are small. I’m usually a 12 and went for a 14. The customer service when I was asking about sizing was a bit lax, just directing me back to the website which i had trawled through already… I ended up just having to guess and hope for the best with the sizing. Overall though, it was a good experience

Well packaged

Although the dress was good quality when it did arrive, the lack of communication re the wait period was unacceptable. There was a delay in the shipping meaning there was little time before the wedding I was attending, but I only found this out when I emailed to check where my order was. A shame. Expensive dresses without the customer service to match.

Due to bridesmaids living away and some having babies we had to change dress styles multiple times. The company was really understanding and so helpful! They managed to fit one of the girls in for a fitting at short notice and they were nothing but amazing with her, she has found something she loves and feels comfortable.
The dresses are long but that's nice because each of them can get it cut to their size

I went with my mum and sister who is my Maid of Honour. Jess gave her all the different colours and styles to try and Lou was pleasantly surprised with what colour/styles suited her!

Dress came nicely wrapped and good material, however they are very long even for someone who is 5ft 8. Would be nice to have options for different skirt lengths

I had a double appointment on Saturday which was fantastic.

The appointment were a surprise to my bridesmaids and also were a mix of my friends, little sister and cousin. There were lots of ways it could have been awkward or difficult. The shop had lovely sweets and drink which you could help yourself to.

The lady who joined us for the appointment was brilliant - she put everyone at ease, gave tips and navigated my 11 year old sister starting with 'I hate dresses'. We had the most incredible time and I was so blown away with the care provided to us. Everyone left so excited to wear their dress and it just felt like everything it was meant to be and more.

There is a slight wait for dresses to come back in stock so if you are looking for dresses for a wedding that is soon I would email beforehand about delivery dates. The dates worked fine for me.

At every point it could have been a bad experience, it was.
If you want an appointment to try on dresses you need to book around 6 months in advance. When you get there they don’t have each dress in each colour in each size, so (for example) if you want to try a particular blue dress in an 8, you will likely have to try it in orange, or in another style or another size. My bridesmaid is a size 16 but they only had a 12 or an 18 in the style she was trying and the 18 had been stretched because it was the biggest size in the store so anyone above an 18 was squeezing into it, so she wasn’t even sure what size to order after coming into the store. Dresses that are produced in different batches are slightly different colours so if you want all bridesmaids to wear the same colour they’ll probably have to wear the same style. They promised the new style of dresses would be available in May (every one of my bridesmaids and my mum remembers this being said to us) then when May came around they said they never claimed this and the dresses wouldn’t be available until late July.
If you have any issue at all, good luck getting in touch with them. They have no phone number and the store is only open when they’re in the middle of an appointment, so the door is always locked. When I finally got my dresses, the clasps were sewed in backwards. They are still wearable but very fiddly. At every hurdle they could have failed, they did.

The first bridesmaid dress my daughter tried on and it’s absolutely perfect. Simply beautiful. You really would think that it was made to measure x
