Have ordered the green one December 6. Till today did not receive my case. After a week got an email that the item is out of stock asking me to order something else or get a "store credit"
Get lost with your store credit and send me my mony back
Its now almost two weeks and I'm still waiting.

Delivery time and availability.
The 3 weeks ago on 23/11/2024 made order for 3 items for birthday my wife. After two weeks I send few emails regarding my delivery time. Typical answer - we extremely busy. Today I received email regarding one items currently out of stock (no understand why you waiting for 3 weeks) and pls choose other colour. Very disappoint Customer service very bad.

Great customer service
Great customer service, prompt response when I had an issue (my fault). The products are great quality, fast dispatch and excellent communication at every point of the order and delivery process. I’ll definitely order more items from this company. I get so many compliments on my sling phone case!

I had a teeny problem
I had a teeny problem, about which I complained. Company was on to it immediately, had a positive experience detailing the glitch, and it was ironed out within 48hr. I have had no problems with any of my other orders, so it's nice to know that when something does go wrong, it's sorted immediately.

Disappointed with colour but resolution was excellent
I purchased a green emerald product and felt the colour was different in real life. However I was helped with fabulous customer service and I am happy with the resolution. The quality was excellent even if the colour was not what I expected.

Not the right material for phone cases
The quality of the phone case is poor. Leather cases look beautiful but they clearly failed to test how soft leather would hold up after use. After putting it in my pant pocket, it already started marking up. A few months in and case is completely worn through. Wish I could upload photos
Please find more durable leather for your cases. Waste of $40

I had a voucher that expired last year as I didn’t get to use it and I emailed Maison De Sabre and Carmela was more than happy to reinstate the voucher. I have just purchased a backpack that I had my eyes on for some time so really happy. Thank you

Very bad customer service
First of all make sure you know you want an item before you purchase. This company doesn't allow refunds. You can exchange only if it's not monogramed. You must pay for return shipping overseas, plus they charge a return fee. If you buy an item that goes on sale even before you receive your item they will not honor that sale. Very bad customer service!
