After finding installing the plugin confusing as normal i reached out to the support team and talked to Amartya who was extremely helpful and installed everything just how I needed it as I was not getting it right! Took time and patience to solve my query, would highly recommend :)

Great support. Product key was bugged on my site but got fixed like almost instant with the chat support team. This points and rewards system is really worth it. it has all you need to reward your customers and much more you can do with it in premium version.

I think this is the best experience i ever had... The support is unbelievable. It looks like they are never sleeping. Super kind and helpful... No question has been left without an answer... To cut a long story short. This team with their products is highly recommendable.

This is the worst company ever!
This is the worst company ever!
We bought a plugin from them and we needed extra features. They said pay us an extra charge and we will develop it for you. This is when the stuff started going sideways. The could not do it for almost a month and when they finally developed it, the product was just not working propperly. We chose a better option for our needs and it took 2 days to do it.
Now I am trying to get a refund from them and the will not do it.
NEVER use this company, they are crooks!
