Terrible qualilty not worth a penny, wrong size scam!!! and charge to send back to china!

Sizing is way out. Mother ordered XL dress that was supposed to fit a size 16 and it doesn’t even fit me and I am a size 8 to 10. Yes you can return but postage to china was very high and not worth it. Stay away from this company. Good are not as advertised.

My experience with Malka London was excellent. Any time I needed an update on the progress of my order, it was handled in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy. The crowns are so well made with quality material and they are so unique and fashionable. I always get compliments when I wear them.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.ordered a Hugo Boss jumper before Christmas which came eventually and it was a fake and a bad one,with iron on print which would come off in the wash.i reached out to Maika who kept offering me a 60% discount which I refused I just wanted to return.They then said they would pass on to another department and then my emails were ignored. Fortunately I paid by Klarna but even they haven’t been very useful even though I showed photos to them.i then advised Klarna to read the reviews and stated to them it doesn’t look good them dealing with a company that sells counterfeit goods. Maika have still refused to respond to Klarna or myself and were nearly in March but yet this case still hasn’t been closed,just still on pause.Absolute shambles.Maika London….no Maika China

Poor quality and not the same item as online. Agreed to refund but have still not received after numerous emails.

Ordered a jumper and it was a fake knock off of a real brand. Was fooled by the advertising.
Was a nightmare trying to return and they offered a partial refund which I have never seen and it’s been 2 months!
Con artist! Do not order from here!

I asked for a refund on a jumper that I ordered for my husband it was shocking so I wanted to send it back but i was offered only a partial refund, after lots of emails they offered me 60% of the cost of the item this was at the beginning of January, I am still waiting for the money to be refunded back to me after lots of emails telling me it takes 5/7 working days!! What a joke!! it's been nearly a month and still nothing!! Scammers do not buy!!!

I had to pick one star to write review. This company is not based in London as advertised, product comes from China. Order 2 Hugo Boss gents zippers as I thought were coming from London. They arrive XXL far too small also one half the top was black the other half washed out black. I wrote advise I’d like to return, this is when it came to light they were from China. If I wanted to order from China I would he from Temu. As the return was to China I was asked if happy to keep at a 50% discount tops would fit a family member. So story begins 24th Dec was advised refund being processed Now 30th January still waiting when I contact them the apologies still I shouldn’t have to wait 5 weeks.
THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THEM YOU’LL WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Totally agree with previous reviews. Scam- avoid. Fake gear and no chance of a refund despite a 50% refund offered over a month ago. Absolute joke- avoid this company!!

Absolutely shocking i ordered 2 "boss" jumpers asked in email if they were real and was advised all their products are of high quality. Eventually jumpers came. Iron print on front of both of them requested refund an like others offered a refund of 60% still not been received this has been going on throughout jan they keep saying they have passed to another depth.

Avoid this site.. wait nearly 4 weeks for delivery and when arrives is fake.. no labels nothing.. requested a return and was offered 50% refund as this will be returned back to china.. agreed refund and guess what.. no refund.. been trying to sort this for 3 weeks and all you get is refer to another department.. do not buy from this site.

I love them, this is my second purchase! Perfect for so many occasions; wash days, protecting my hair when travelling, on the beach and when you fancy a change.

Would not ever use them again; I asked them for a refund as the jumper that arrived looked cheap and nasty, there was a lot of back and forth as they refused to accept the refund due to the shipping costs. So against my agreement just refunded me the 60% which I had already previously said I didn’t want.. I’d avoid!

Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. If your goods every do arrive they will be fake guaranteed!

Absolutely SHOCKING company. Ordered a Hugo Boss jumper before Christmas. Arrived late. Item arrived with marks over the front like it had been on a hot press iron and the logo just printed on. No sign of any labels, nothing! I contacted their "customer service" and all I am getting is that they can offer me a 50% refund to keep the item as their factory is in China and would cost them more to send it back. NOT MY PROBLEM!!! I have offered to send the item back and requested ALL my money back. They are ignoring my emails and just sending the same reply over and over again. I see you like to respond to positive feedback on here which is probably fake people posting but you are ignoring the negatives. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

Ordered some clothing early December was assured of delivery before Christmas as they were presents. Still not turned up. When finally answered my emails they said that items had been delivered. Not delivered at all but was willing to offer a 50% refund and keep the items. What items?? Sound like a big scam!!!

Ordered 3 December arrived 2 January. No signs a labels inside. Looks like a copy.
