Worst experience in mamaearth this app debited money from my account but not delivered items very good

I had a horrid experience at mama earth. I ordered a Multani mitti face pack and the item delivered was congealed looking and smelled rotten.. it was expired product but the label said expiry in 2026.. I wrote to the company asking them for a replacement.. and take the expired product back.. they asked for pics and I sent those too.. no reply. No apology, just NO RESPONSE by the company.. I wrote to them 4 times.. no reply at all.. it was like hitting my head against the wall.. absolutely horrid experience.

I was ordered some products but on the next I got the message of cancellation my order without any call or notification. And when I called in the customer service, some of the executive told me that they didn't found my address, if they didn't found the address then they need to call me for the clarification and I did help to found it but they didn't call me regarding this, only drop a message of cancellation due to address not found. What the service they are providing if you don't provide the services in my area then please tell me but don't take some patience or time.

I ordered products from mamaearth 4 days ago. It was showing it will be delivered in a week. Today, after 4 days I just opened the application to check the status and I found out that my order got cancelled. I didn't cancel the order, I didn't get any notification/update of when and why they cancelled my order. Didn't expect this from such a big company who have marketed so well.
Also when I tried to reach their chat section, it shows our executive will chat with you further and trust me no one comes up. There are so many good companies with great prices, fast delivery.
I ordered it to gift my friend.
This was disappointing mamaearth.

I ordered a different product by mistake so I wanted to replace it but after sale service is very poor. The day I got the delivery of the product since then I'm trying to reach the customer service but there is no proper response. It has been more that a week. Now I want to return the product and refund.

Product packaging doesn’t work , return policy is horrible , you need to main several times and they keep asking you different things every time till you give up.

Bad smell coming from their products. Maybe if they focused on their products rather than politics. Also did not like their disrespectful attitude towards the armed forces of India - you deserve to be boycotted.

A very pleasant experience. I bought a few things and also the goodness insider. I received my products plus 2 free products and free shipping that too in just 4 days. The products really work as my hair fall defense serum deceased my hair fall after just one wash and i plan to continue using it. The overall experience on website was amazing though the app was having a little glitch in it. The offers are wonderful and pretty nice. Absolutely loved my experience and will continue shopping from mama Earth.

The products of Mamaearth might be good but there is NO responses to queries raised on mail & chat which they have provided. I have done mail & ticket is also raised but no reply. The distributor are also such that they don't pay attention to the orders whole packing & dispatching it. The offers & free products are of no use when you don't receive the actual product you ordered. Have been contacting Mama earth since Tuesday 6th September,2022 regarding my order but there is NO Response from company.

Worst products using from last one month for my hair fall instead of reducing hair fall it make increasing more hair fall.shampoo,oil,conditioner,ubtan face wash.all are useless products.dont buy these products.making fool to peoples.

Great products made with all the natural ingredients. Also, does not harm the skin and does not gives you any side effects. My mom is also using this mamaearth products and she likes it so much.

The facewashes are good but body washes are average.

My friend had recommended Mama Earth's dark circle cream. amazing product. I used for last 15 days and i find difference in my dark circles. on unsung continuously for 15 days my dark circle reduced up to half. so you can try if you have dark circle.
