I received my order and what was missing was the wall charger,it didnt even come in a box like seen on TV. It came in a bag. Please make this right for my cruise or refund my money back.

It looks well organized and packaged but by dislike
is that everything is printed in Chinese I think and so there are no mixing recommendations nor aplication instructions. I don't like being on my own to figure this out. Plain instructions need to be packaged with this.

Came really quickly.
The only thing lacking I think is an instruction sheet.
I don't know the correct way to use the device.

Staff made it the best. I live 100-plus miles away and would come here to get my service completed

This is a great product and does exactly as is says. My dogs teeth are so clean and their mouths smell great. Just bought this and have tried it on my dogs. I was very happy. June 2026

The tracking for delivery and communication was excellent.
Was disappointed in product though. They do not perform as indicated. I will never use.
Final price was a lot more than I expected.

The only reason I gave the rating that I did was because of the length of time it took to receive my order! Once I received it everything was as described.
