Manly Bands Did Right By Me
I posted a message about a problem with my Manly Bands ring (the problems were mostly if not all my fault) in July 2025. Manly Bands then reached out to me in January 2026. They cared about my issue and offered to redo my ring. I just got my redone ring and am thrilled with it. Manly Bands did more than right by me and I love my ring!
Their band was too tight. Their return policy is terrible.

Spam mail!! 0 order Updates Buyer Beware!!
Holy if you are going to use these people please remember to use a email alias in order to shut down their bots.
I placed an order and deliberately OPTED OUT of advertising yet guess what? They send me at least 2 emails a day yes that is correct 2 marketing emails DAILY!!
This is especially annoying after placing an order for a ring that will not ship for at least 6 weeks so I have to keep checking, there has been 0 I repeat 0 emails updating me on the stage of my ring or the overall order. In fact a majority of their marketing emails have titles which at first glance seem like an update on your order but they are in fact just spam mail talking about some artificial sale which is always running, like it's about to go away...
Look I expected better the site is clean and the marketing on the site is well put together but you are operating it like a scam company and this behaviour is living up to that very thought. The prices are already overkill you could at the very least treat customers with respect and honor their choice to not be advertised to along with give them updates to their order.
The best form of advertising is high quality customer service that makes me want to return again and again and recommend to others despite the prices. This treatment has very likely driven me away for future purchases an di most certainly will do my part to warn others STAY AWAY!!

They will continue to gouge you for money if your initial ring does not fit. We purchased a ring which was too big, but I paid for the return/exchange package, which provided us one exchange. I also purchased their ring sizer to ensure the new ring fits. We ordered the new ring based on the ring sizer, only to receive another ring that is too big. Apparently, the widths of the rings impact the fit. A narrower ring means you should size down, but they don't clearly state that. Now I am generously granted the opportunity for yet another exchange, for yet another fee. We should have bought something local, and I should have checked Trust Pilot first. Oh well, hopefully the third ring is the charm.
They literally track you
My coworker sent me a link to one of their products on our work in-office communication system. I opened it on my office computer that is in no way connected to my phone or personal email. Almost immediately after I viewed the link, I started getting spam emails from this company about products I had viewed. Never entered my info into this website, and didn’t use a browser connected to my email. How did this company get my info? Who knows!
Beautiful brushed gold-plated titanium ring
I bought a gold-plated titanium ring for myself, and a 14 K gold ring with mahogany inner sleeve. These were replacements for our existing wedding rings.
Great rings. Look good. Feel great! No complaints.
The ring box came with a gray silicone ring which I don't need, but it may come in handy someday.
Manly bands are not meant for men
Manly bands are not meant for men, maybe Trans men. My inlay broke in half twice after getting replaced from breaking.

I ordered 3 rings and they all fell apart. The wood inlays just separate after time. Poor quality.

BOGO is misleading
Great company although when it comes to the BOGO Mystery Ring Promotional Gift... We should not be sent retired rings.
For the mystery ring I was under the impression it was going to be one of the 20 rings in this selection within the promo image. Upon opening the package I receive a rainbow ring (Baker) which the ring is nice but it's not suitable for my work nor matches any of the clothing I have.
As a first time buyer I'm both disappointed that I got a retired ring and disappointed that customer service isn't able to have this ring shipped back to them and replace it with a non-retired ring.

Such a unique idea that would make any man happy to unbox. My husband was overjoyed literally when I gave him this beautiful tungsten’cowboy’ ring and how it also came with a silicone band in order to keep the nice one nice 👍 it was very affordable compared to others you see in jewelry shops and locally. Were are very happy with our order!

I ordered a ring and within minutes sent an email saying to send to billing address instead of the old one. Five days later they emailed to say ‘sorry our warehouse just moved too quick shucks.’
Terrible.

Don’t actually resize rings
I ordered a custom ring while it was on sale and it the rings was slightly too small. I tried to send it back to get resized and the only options are to get a refund and reorder in a different size. When I purchased the ring it was on sale and it is no longer sale. Meaning I have to pay difference if I want to size up 1/2 a size. Crazy town. Also, I was unable to get ahold of a real person only bots in their chats and email. I requested to talk to a person and no one responded.
Update:
I was not informed of the difference in metal costs. I did get a reply from a human much later, but the information given to me was different from what the AI chatbot gave me. I replied to the email with transcripts from the AI chat conversation. Also, your reply is incredibly rude and condescending.

Awful customer service and low quality…
Awful customer service and low quality product.
My wife ordered the first ring which took forever to arrive, after a month of wearing it the damn thing fell apart. A store credit was issued and new ring ordered. They advertised 4-6 weeks at worst but when I ordered it showed as in stock.
Fast forward 7 weeks and I still cannot get a straight answer of where the ring was or when it would ship.
Attempting to get customer service is like pulling teeth.
Do not order from them
Edit- to their response I was never told of delays only the generic it takes 4-6 weeks and eventually told that it was in quality control checking. A free ring was never offered.
Order 1 - too small. 4-6 weeks for replacement that fit
Replacement was the one that broke and I was given a credit
The credit was used for order 3 which never came and led to a cancellation

Don't fund these robots
Terrible customer service. My ring broke and they are suppose to send me a new one. Super impressed that my replacement order went in the regular order line up vs. getting put at the front of the order list. I have asked to get an update and get the canned response. I have asked to speak to a human - no response. When I shared my feelings that their customer service is shameful (considering they advertise to vets) I was told they don't appreciate how I am speaking to the robot that was not answering my questions. Not fully sure any humans work at the company.

TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer service. I was continuously addressed as "hey" in emails. NEVER any updates regarding my order. Two weeks in and nada! I understand with a "Build Your Own Band" it can take time, however, give updates ManlyBands! Poor excuse for a company, and the employees will probably be the biggest contributor to their downfall. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere :)
UPDATE to my review.
Of course ManlyBands is attempting to deflect that terrible customer service. As a business you should learn from reviews and attempt to improve your business, not try to turn tables. I HAVE and will post your insensitive and unprofessional emails addressing me as “Hey”, not my name. I was never rude I simply wanted answers just like any normal customer who spends money on a product.
May I suggest a course in business ethics because as I said before and can see from other reviewers, your customer service is quite lacking. Best of luck ManlyBands, you need it.

6+ weeks and still nothing
We ordered 6 weeks ago and still have not received our ring or shipping information. Every time we reach out to customer service we get another excuse and we’re told that it will be another 2-3 weeks. At this point we can’t anticipate that the ring will be here before our wedding so we have to purchase a second ring elsewhere.
Many of the rings that ManlyBands sells are just cheap Chinese rings that they import, no joke you can find most of them on Temu for a fraction of the cost. Our best guess at this point is that Manly Bands ran out of stock on our order and don’t want to pay the new tariffs. Rather than admit to their mistake they’re holding our money for as long as they can.
Thankfully we purchased this ring with our credit card and can just dispute it for non delivery.
If you’re purchasing a ring for your wedding and don’t have at least 6 months to wait. I would encourage you to look for a more reputable company.

Amazing company and service!
I got a ring for my husband and at first I bought the wrong one and Manly Bands was so amazing in providing the one we wanted. We ended up getting the wrong size and they were so helpful in getting us the right size. They provided great service for us without any issues! Definitely recommend this company for your rings! Absolutely amazing!
Amazing customer service
Purchased my husband’s wedding band from them about 3 years ago and, just recently, he had an issue with the inside of the ring separating from the metal. We reached out to them and explained the situation, that I did not have the order number to submit a warranty claim. The said it wasn’t a problem and just asked that I send a picture of the ring. I emailed the picture over and within an hour I received a confirmation email stating a replacement ring was shipped. We couldn’t believe it, they made the process so easy!! Great products and amazing customer service!!!

I was robbed - never received shipping info or order
This has been a horrible experience. I placed my order on December 2nd 2024, and still have not received it. In fact on the shop app it still says “preparing shipment”. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times inquiring the status of my order and told it would take more time. I then was added to an email chain of over 50 other customers complaining about the same thing. We all placed orders and haven’t received an update on the status let alone received shipping confirmation. They did however remember to charge me 133.85. I have not heard back from them since December.
