Easy and smooth

I would absolutely not recommend Mann Island Finance or Citroën Vertu Worcester based on my experience.

I have had a terrible experience dealing with both companies. When problems arose with the vehicle, I expected the finance company to properly consider my concerns and act fairly as the consumer. Instead, I have felt as though they have simply sided with their financial/dealer partner and left me, the customer, to deal with the consequences.

It has felt like hitting a brick wall at every stage. Rather than helping to resolve the situation, I have been left feeling completely unsupported and pushed from one party to another.

My experience has left me with the impression that the priority is collecting the finance payments rather than properly addressing the customer’s concerns when something goes wrong.

I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get this situation resolved and have found the whole process incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I certainly would not choose either company again based on how I have been treated.

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Citroën Vertu Worcester or financing through Mann Finance, I would strongly recommend doing your research and considering how complaints and disputes are handled before committing yourself.

A thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish.

I have been accepted for finance through this company and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I have an account now I can look at to keep me updated on payments and can change dates should I need to which I think is great instead of holding on the phone to speak to someone unless you need to. I would definitely recommend this company.
