The only finance company you need!
From start to finish, this was the absolute perfect finance application EVER! No long winded forms, no hassle, no 6 million questions, no asking for your mothers aunties best friends dogs favourite toy. This is how you do it. I just wish they organised mortgages, because I would use them in a heartbeat. If you've not used them, your gonna be stressed using someone else! Seriously amazing company. Thank you.

The handler was superb.
Once I made connections the process was relatively straight forward. However, the verification process would be easier if I knew from the start that I needed to do it on the mobile phone & not on the laptop.

struggled to get clear answers from…
struggled to get clear answers from them regarding handing my vehicle back. their final payment was way higher than the true vehicle value and there was no-one to even discuss that with. so my only option is to hand it back - but i needed to speak to three people to arrange that.

Application process makes me feel criminal
Whilst their Customer Service was worthy of 4-5 stars, the processes ALL finance houses now promote, for which they subscribe to, earns 1 star. The population is now treated like lepers and made to feel like criminals with the ludicrous information and loop holes we're now forced through, whilst the 0.01% criminal fraternity will circumvent the latest hurdles, making it even harder next time. It's about time the Finance Industry remembered who their genuine clientele were, and treated them as worthy customers and not criminals waiting-to-be.
