I came in with a few novice questions regarding microphone and guitar leads. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were quick to help and made sure I found exactly what I needed.

The service was great lots of products to choose from also the fact that you can interact with a product before you pick an instrument is fantastic!!!

Mannys is a great local store, with knowledgeable and friendly staff, helpful even for a total music novice like me!

Overall a friendly and professional service : this included the store staff rejecting as unfit for sale an expensive Gibson guitar on arrival from interstate that I had ordered.This necessitated a refund and subsequently an alternative trouble free purchase. My only negative comment is that nobody contacted me at the time the faulty first instrument was rejected on arrival in store but their initiative in carefully inspecting the first instrument was much appreciated.

I was in and out of the store in 10 min. Important since there is no parking available at the new location.

The staff really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable whilst allowing you time to immerse yourself in the great range of products on offer!

Great service, great selection and friendly staff. You do need a ramp or have the lip at the door corrected for wheelchair access. You would more than likely get more disabled people buying from you if you did 😀

Mannys staff where helpful, they took the extra effort to confirm exactly where article was located (ie Sydney or Melbourne) that I was interested in purchasing .

Mannys has a great range of products, is reasonably close to my home and always processes orders quickly.

the staff were incredible. friendliest service i have ever received in Sydney. truly. so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, didn’t rush me or make me feel bad for my lack of sound/dj knowledge. just absolute legends and Manny’s is lucky to have such an amazing team working there. forget JBs and online chains, i’ll be back to Manny’s every time purely because of the staff. great range of products too.

Always good staff to deal with great service

The product was as expected. However the delivery took awhile as the items were on back order. When the time came, I had to write in to enquire if the items have arrived rather than being informed unprompted about the items being ready. May have to work on this bit between the warehouse and your supplier/principal.
