My delivery has been really slow even tho it’s only in Melbourne which is like a 2 hour plane ride from me and it’s been a week and only my amp has arrived and I still have 4 other things to come so pretty bad delivery service for me but I’m happy with the amp so far and I hope the guitar is just as cool

Unfortunately after a couple of efficient and professional web purchases in the past I had a poor experience this time around.
An individual tom drum was shown as in stock online and I purchased this with a batter head & double Tom mount to suit.

No Tom drum or batter were actually in stock,
Get a text from this staff member No Tom or Batter head in stock …
Do I still want the Tom mount ?

Do I want them to back order Tom drum ?

I reply yes to Tom drum back order request from supplier.

Over a week after processing the original order, I cancelled the order myself via afterpay as no updates or contact was received from Sky Music.

Poor form …
I will be hesitant to shop here again.

I was advised my item was not in stock in store, and that they needed to look in warehouse.
Meanwhile, this gave me a chance to research alternative options. When I decided to change my order they were happy to refund and allow me
to replace order with my chosen item.
Once the order was placed it was
dispatched and delivered promptly. All's
well that ends well. Very happy with my purchase and service received. Thank you!

Highly recommend SKY MUSIC these guys have been my go to for quite some time never seem to be disappointed although Im interstate delivery times are efficiently fast. KUDOS to SKY MUSIC for having highly dedicated staff that have the customers best interests at heart.
