Following my positive experience purchasing an acoustic guitar at Manny’s, I returned to the shop for professional cleaning and restringing services for my electric guitar.

I informed the staff that the instrument is a 20-year-old heirloom gifted by my grandfather. Although the pickguard was inadvertently damaged during the cleaning process, I was pleased that the manager contacted me directly to offer a sincere apology, a replacement for the part, and a refund for the service. While I declined the refund as the restringing was successfully completed, I accepted the offer to replace the pickguard.

Really appreciate for the manager's professionalism and commitment to customer care.

Placed a click and.collect order after 3 days of hearing nothing had to ring to find out that order has not been processed, when i then picked up order guitar was floor stock, got home to find, guitar had scratches and.marks, and pieces were missing.

He had the product in stock - A Fender FR-12 monitor - he provided a test opportunity, let me be, and when I was done, he then confirmed a good price.
