Do not engage with this company. They make you think you are buying a manual for €0.90. What a you are actually paying for is one weeks introductory subscription. One week later they will charge you a bi-monthly fee of €150 £131 !! Thankfully I had insufficient funds in my account and it was not paid and I was able to block and change my card details. The manual I wanted was for a doorbell I got one for an air-conditioning system! However if you want to pay €900 a year for the privilege of ordering the occasional manual which may or may not be the one you want then this is the site for you.

Ich habe daraufhin in ihren Bewertungen gelesen das dieser Betrug bei ihrem Unternehmen gängig ist.
Ich fordere sie daher auf das Geld schnellstens zurück zu überweisen.

I ordered a manual for a Ferguson Studio 100D. The order was accepted, they didn't advise it was unavailable as most companies do until after taking the money, but instead sent a manual for a "similar" system by Boytone which one of their managers had found for me. To be clear there is absolutely no similarity between the two systems so the whole episode was a waste of time and money.

You have charged me £131.09 which is a pending payment today on my credit card account. There was no suggestion of such a charge and I had to print the owner's manual.

we asked for a manual for our kitchen ofen and we got one for a car!! we wrote them but no answer!!! just a waste of money and a lot of time!!!!

sorry that's not it. The manual is for a FP3300SKT model not the FP33. there is a big difference between them

Mi avete mandato il manuale della fiat grande punto GPL, dopo un giorno, e io l'avevo chiesto a benzina, e anche sulla mail che mi avete inviato c'è scritto benzina...quindi? Anche se poco, io il denaro ve l'ho inviato!!

Leider ist nicht die Bedienungsanleitung rausgekommen die ich brauche. Es wurde einfach einige Wörter nicht beachtet.

We are looking for a user manual. The different setting and how to use them. They are already set up, so we don't need that info.

Ich bin etwas überrascht, dass ich tatsächlich die richtige Gebrauchsanleitung erhalten habe und dazu sogar relativ schnell (am nächsten Tag).
Die Abwicklung war leicht verständlich und ohne Probleme.
Mit dem verlangten Preis bin ich auch einverstanden.
Ich kann dieses Portal empfehlen, soweit das nach nur einer Anfrage überhaupt möglich ist.

Leider muss ich meine Bewertung korrigieren.
Im Kleingedruckten, das ich übersehen hatte, steht, dass nach 7 Tagen automatisch ein ABO startet und fast 150 Euro verlangt werden.
Ich habe inzwischen gekündigt, was auch gleich per Email bestätigt wurde.

Eine gesuchte Bedienungsanleitung wurde mit gegen Zahlung von € 0,95 angeboten. Auf meine angegebene Email-Adresse erhielt ich allerdings nicht den angekündigten Zugangscode/ Passwort für das Konto, über das ich die Anleitung erhalten sollte.
Eine Anforderung über "Passwort vergessen" lief ins Leere. Habe versucht, die autorisierte Zahlung zu stornieren. Fazit: nie wieder ...

al I accesso indico cosa mi serve e mi viene detto che c'e'...dopo un giorno smi rispondono che sono dispiaciuti ma non hanno il manuale del tablet richiesto, pero' mi inviano quello di un altro modello in inglese, laddove avevo chiesto versione italiana.
Due cose: dire subito che non hanno quanto richiesto( cosa c'è di male)ed evitare di inviare materiale diverso.
Saro' piu' fortunato in futuro.

Avevo selezionato il manuale e pagato l’importo. Ma la pagina per lo scaricamento ha cercato il manuale per molto tempo, essendo tardi mi sono scollegato e sono andato a dormire. Oggi nella posta in arrivo ho trovato l’Email che mi ha fatto scaricare il manuale voluto. Soddisfatto e sorpreso per la loro professionalità. Claudioo

It would seem it should be mentioned that the manual may NOT be accessible for a day or two. I did the transaction yesterday, Monday, but it wasn't until this a.m. that I received the email. Also, the website says it will cost 95 cents, but I was charged $1.10 (?) Not a big deal - but what IS the cost?

BTW: How do I SAVE a copy of this for future reference (without printing it?)
